I am a Physician in Lakewood Ranch. I am very attuned to what excellence in 'Health Care' is all about. Ashley Masuga is a fantastic Optometrist who (alongside her husband Brad Masuga) have surrounded themselves with a fantastic staff! Elaine and Cara could not have been any more helpful, patient, caring and knowledgeable in helping with my new prescription glasses. The ladies at the front and the various assistants always have a smile on their face, a polished demeanor and a willingness to help! I highly recommend InFocus. My experience at InFocus with Andy was absolutely awesome. I have never experienced someone helping me pick proper fitting glasses. It made me feel very special and comfortable. Andy did not make me feel rushed, he also picked out the frames and gave me suggestions of how they looked on me. Andy cared how I looked and felt about the choices and took the time with me until I felt comfortable with my selections. Unlike any other optical eye care stores I have experienced. If you want an experience to where you get the assistance to help you pick out the proper fitting glasses. I highly recommend InFocus.

The staff is also friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Elaine, the eyewear optician, was very kind in helping me find the perfect new frame for my glasses. The entire InFocus organization is amazing!! Dr. Ashley is brilliant and very personable. The office staff are always pleasant and accommodating. It took awhile for me to come to the realization I needed new glasses. Very happy I did. Cara and Andy made the experience great. Friendly, helpful and patient. Cara went out of her way to verify all the measurements that were needed to get the results I wanted. At time of pickup, Andy made sure the glasses fit properly and were adjusted to me.
