Dr Foster is the best, but I cannot give him 5 stars because of the practice he works for. Other doctors were not as caring, and the billing was atrocious. I begged for help for over a year.

Biggest piece of trash. Took me on as patient. Told me needed cataract surgery both eyes. Began prepping me with they eye drops for 2 weeks then see back to get measurements for surgery. Go back eyes were still too dry to measure. Reschedule for 1 week double up on drops. Get a call day before return visit telling me he cant do surgery becuz im too fat. Well i was just as fat a mth prior when he seen me the 1st time but yet it took him another almost 4 weeks to realize i was too fat. Lol. Now ive been trying to call for 2 days to get referral for another dr that can do it and other questions related to eye health concerns i have and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Im NOT DONE WITH THIS. NOT BY A LONG SHOT
