While I had extremely successful cataract surgery at Center for Sight four years ago, I quit going because the regular eye doctors were real crusty characters, creating a very negative experience that nobody I reported it to at the front desk seemed to care about. But they kept sending me notices that I was delinquent on check ups. So after years of neglecting my eyes, I gave it one last try (mostly because I didn't know where else I could go) and to my surprise it was a very positive experience. All the technicians and Dr. Randolph were extremely thorough, explaining everything they were evaluating during my exam. I now feel very confident that my eye health is in very competent hands! It has to be the biggest turnaround situation I've ever experienced in a healthcare setting. If you are having trouble finding a comfortable spot for your eyecare concerns, I highly recommend you give Dr. Randolph and Center for Sight a try.
