Costco Optical

Between my husband and me we have gotten multiple pair of glasses at Costco Optical. Recently however we have both had problems with the staff. Initially when I wanted to get my latest prescription filled there were 2 employees standing around chatting while another person was busy refilling stock. When I was ready to place my order the 2 who were doing nothing paid me no attention. Finally the person who was busy stopped and asked me if I was ready. I could tell that she was annoyed with her co-workers but was short with me as a result. I finally said if you don't want to wait on me it's ok I can wait for someone else. I ended making a selection that I knew I wasn't going to be happy with. To make a long story short one pair I was able to return even though the Costco return policy is extremely restrictive. The second pair I took in because they are progressive sunglasses that I was told should never have been sold to as progressive because the lenses are too big for my face putting the reading portion too far down on my cheek.... but sorry there isn't anything I can do for you. Extremely unhappy customer who won't go to Costco optical again.

Andrew was a great help! Helped my mother and I with our glasses. Super patient and extremely helpful. He gives the advice you need, not just to sell. He was awesome.

Had a great experience with Andrew when I ordered my "first time" prescription glasses and sunglasses. He was professional, friendly and thorough. I was extremely happy with their prices. Costco Optical had a buy one pair, get second for $50 off. So I decided to buy sunglasses. The sunglasses are excellent! I highly recommend Costco Optical.

I brought in a prescription from my opthamologist. I worked with Robin at the Optical Center to choose new glasses with progressive lenses. I was used to paying around $400 for a single pair of glasses. Costco includes all the upgrades in their base price. I got my glasses plus prescrition progressive sunglasses for $220. Great service. Great price.

I was in and picked my frames in about 30 seconds. Rosalie however gave me some good advice and I ended up with a different set.

Went there with my wife and there is a new doctor there--Dr. Climo. This Doctor is terrific. Amazing manners and highly professional. I can tell he really cares about his clients. Check this Doctor out if you need to have your eyes checked.

my mom accidentally sat on her glasses. we came in at 7pm and Regina was very kind and extremely helpful with our problem we are extremely grateful for her!
