Dr. Prince and his staff are exceptional. Since transferring to his practice three years ago (and three annual exams). I have received excellent service. The appointments always start as scheduled. The initial intake and testing is performed with care and patience. Dr Prince is very thorough and like the staff never to busy to answer questions. I also appreciate that unlike other practices he has all of the latest technology for the exam. I highly recommend his practice.

I received a thorough initial exam before seeing the doctor who was patient and respectful while getting the exact Rx which had changed significantly. I had an outstanding experience with my Dr. Prince's office this week. I came in due to an issue with how my new prescription glasses had been made by an outside eyeglass company. I was fully expecting to wait, but to my surprise, they saw me immediately.
The team re-checked my eyes on the spot to verify the prescription and carefully examined the glasses that had been made. Not only did they identify the issue quickly, but they also took the time to clearly explain it to me so I understood and could explain the issue to the company that made the glasses.
What truly impressed me was that the doctor personally wrote a detailed explanation to accompany the prescription--ensuring there would be no misunderstandings when I followed up with the eyeglass provider.
This level of professionalism, clarity, and personal attention is rare, and was demonstrated by the entire staff. I left feeling confident in resolving the issue, and am grateful for the time, care, and expertise they provided!
