Eyeglass World

I had a wonderful experience at Eyeglass World. Ian and Stephanie were amazing and went above and beyond to help me. They were able to get me not just one, but two great pairs of glasses, and they did it with impressive speed and convenience. I'm truly grateful for their help and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This has been one of the best experiences that I've had getting an eye exam and my glasses. Deborah and Stephanie were so helpful, Deborah had all of my insurance information printed out for me. Deborah even helped me with the form for my drivers license renewal too. Stephanie was so patient with me, I went through a ton of frames until I found the one that I wanted. Stephanie helped me through the entire process, Stephanie and Deborah's customer service skills are phenomenal! I definitely recommend! Thank you Deborah and Stephanie!!

I visited yesterday to replace broken frame to fit existing lens. the same frame was discontinued so the salesman, Garnett was relentless and very persistent to locate a frame that could fit my lens ..in my opinion, he went beyond the call of duty to serve the customer....I asked him if he was the manager and he said, no. Well he should be.... employees like Garnett are hard to find ..give this man a raise . this is the Bradenton location.

Many good things at Eyeglass World. 1) I like to read and typically the "reading zone" on glasses is a tiny little space at the bottom. When getting new glasses I always say this and on the second or third try the optician will give me what I want. Eyeglass World is the only place, the only time, that they got it right the first time. 2) I like a particular type of frame. Between my home and Eyeglass World there are probably 10 opticians; I tried them all. None had what I want. I told the very nice lady at Eyeglass World what I was looking for and she led me right to them. 3) The cost; I'm not going to say what I paid as things change but firstly the charge was very affordable and secondly I got a second pair included so I got them in sunglasses as well. Fantastic deal. 4) I was told it would take up to 10 business days to get my glasses; I got them in 4. 5) And maybe this should be #1, the saleslady was helpful and efficient. No BS. Heard what I wanted and gave me what I wanted. So, very happy with Eyeglass World. Will recommend to anyone and everyone and will be back when the time comes.

Once again Stephanie saved the day, I picked out glasses that were not a good fit for me, I called her and she said come on in. I went in a few days later and picked out another pair with her recommendation of course this time. My new glasses are awesome, I can see so good now that I can smell colors. Oh and my wife loves them too. Absolutely my go to, I will continue to tell everyone to only go to Eyeglass World.

Walked in for my appointment and was greeted by an extremely rude woman. I was told to go to the reception desk where nobody was at and nobody came. There were at least 15 people in the waiting room. The building is run down and old. Would not recommend.

After going to the eye, doctor for about 7 or 8 years here. And really never having a good experience. And today, I believe, is the last straw when it comes to their lack of customer service and overall good patient care.. i was left on hold for 6 minutes after being asked if they can place me on a BRIEF HOLD, only to be left there and i'm on my way to work.And was trying to book an appointment. So I called back where they finally answered on like the 15th ring, and basically said, we're too busy here. I have to call you back. I tried to explain a situation that I was having And was basically rushed off the phone and hung up on... i think Priscilla needs to work on her customer service skills and TONE! OVERALL i must say they are overpriced when it comes to the exams, and they say it's because you get a trial pair of contact lenses that you never really see, because they'll say we don't carry those in stock... Sad...
