I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Bans from this store on 01-30-2026. I called on 02-14-2026 and was told that they have note saying that they were delivered on 02-10-2026, but were not there. The lady proceeds to tell me that they might have been sent to another store. I called the other stores in the area and they advised that they do not have them. I called the lady back on 02-16-2026 and she proceeds to tell me that they could have gotten delivered to a store in another state. How is this possible, when they were ordered at your store? She made it sounds like this is normal and happened all the time. No apologies in the store behalf. She then proceeds to tell me that she was going to order another pair, and that it would take up to another two weeks. I drove over to this store from Parrish (30 minutes) after being referred and now have to wait an additional two weeks. They didn't even offer any apologies and not form of compensation for being inconvenienced. When I called the other stores, they were helpful and when asked if this is a normal thing with glasses being shipped to the wrong stores in other states, they advised no. Had I not called about my glasses, I wonder if anyone would have ever called me about it because if they were delivered on 02-10-2026, I should have been called about them being delivered and Tpd they were not there. Makes be think an associate may have stolen or sold them. Either way be wary of ordering Meta Ray Bans from this store.

This new location for LensCrafters is very nice and easily accessible, being fairly centrally located. The store itself is very open-spaced and pleasant, and the staff are kind and friendly. I've been seeing Dr. Prince for several years. He is professional and efficient, easy to work with. The process here is simple, quick and I come away feeling cared about. I highly recommend them.

I'm giving 4 and not 5 because costumer service over the phone is not good . They do not introduced themself and hang up phone on you very quickly and rudely. In other hand, eye doctor is very informative and takes the time to go over everything with you, they do take insurance and overall was a good experience.

Pam is amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. Pam helped me to find the right frame and lenses. Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you Pam!

I worked with Pam today and she provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. I walked in not loving my frames or the new lens Rx. She did a few adjustments to my frames for them to fit better and now I'm in love with my new glasses she also assisted me with pricing for a second pair.

Update 4/10/23: NOTE the address on Google maps is wrong! It is 6725 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL. I still love these folks and the service provided by Dr. Prince and the ladies working in the Lens Crafter store, specifically Brenda who has sold me my glasses for almost 20 years now. HOWEVER, the new location is a major problem. There are lights and digital screens EVERYWHERE! Anyone suffering with photophobic migraines... this new design is a nightmare. Honestly, if I didn't have such a connection with the staff I would find a new place to for my eye care. The design might be new and trendy but customer needs were not considered in the planning and it is very disappointing. If you have any eye conditions that cause light sensitivity beware before you enter. *** end update*** I LOVE this LensCrafters! We have been coming here for our eye care needs for almost TWENTY years! Dr. Prince is a great eye doctor and the ladies in the frame department are fantastic! We always ask for Brenda. She is so knowledgeable and always finds us the best deals to save us the most money. She helps find the frames we are looking for and orders my husband's in matte black when they are not in stock in the store. The stock is extensive and they have Covid procedures in place to keep folks healthy. Every pair of frames you touch go in a tray and are cleaned before they go back on display. The ladies are extremely efficient in cleaning and restocking the displays so you get the largest selection possible. I would highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone looking for superior eye care and stylish glasses.

I recently visited this LensCrafters for an eye exam and to pick out a new pair of glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The eye exam itself was exceptional -- Dr. Prince was phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt like I was in great hands and truly appreciated the care and professionalism they showed throughout the exam. Pam was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and helpful throughout. She took the time to guide me through different frame options, answered all my questions with care, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. Her warm and professional demeanor truly stood out and made a big difference. Priya was also extremely friendly and helpful. She assisted with the fitting and explained the lens options clearly, making sure everything was just right. Her cheerful attitude and attention to detail made the experience even more positive. Thanks to Pam and Priya, I left with a pair of glasses I love and felt great about the whole visit. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for great service and a welcoming team!

Store staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating especially to my Cane Corso Service dog. No complaints whatsoever with the store. Wish my glasses would arrive faster. Very slow turnaround.
