Terrible experience with Dr. Albert A. Lascaibar at Manatee Optometry. Bad exam, bad prescription, bad diagnosis, and bad treatment. I paid $145 for lenses that were made with the wrong prescription and caused eye pain. The office refused to mail my refund and sent messages using intimidating language about "refund fraud." The clinic itself looked unsanitary, and the equipment was very old and outdated. I would not recommend this place -- very poor communication and customer service.
