I had an appointment on 12/19/2025, to have my eyes checked. With that appointment I was supposed to receive a prescription for eye drops. But after Ten days I never received the prescription. On 12/29/2025, I had another appointment to have my eyes cleaned, at that time I reported to a staff member that I never received the prescription for the eye drops that the doctor had ordered. The staff member sent the script at that time to the pharmacy and double checked to make sure they received it. In the meantime, my son received a text, not once but three times to confirm my prescription, which delayed my treatment since he is not the patient! I tried to address this concern to the office staff but could get no answer as to why this office used my son's phone number instead of mine which they have on file. Because of this delay I never received the required eye drops until 1/7/2026!
