I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 AM and arrived early at 9:05. Upon checking in, I was told the office was running behind. I ended up waiting for over an hour before deciding to leave and cancel my appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but patients' time is just as valuable as the provider's. If the office knew they were running behind, they should have contacted me in advance to either reschedule or at least give me the option to come in later. Having me arrive early only to wait that long is unacceptable. This experience reflects either poor management or a lack of consideration for patients. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for a doctor who respects their time and prioritizes patient care.
