The Eye Associates - East Bradenton

Office was very busy this morning. I was called back just a few minutes after my 730 appointment time. Staff is always so nice and efficient, was out the door in less than a hour. And I just love doctor Camp.

Initally, when calling the Eye Associate of Bradenton FL, for scheduling a New Patient appointment with their receptionist, it was plesant encounter, and I was scheduled to my availability. When my appointment arrived, a thorough eye examination with an Associate of the practice was completed for a laser treatment to remove built up proteins. Then, I was scheduled two weeks later with the doctor that would perform this treatment. During my appointment with the doc that would perform the laser, my ins was an issue and it may not be covered with my new ins plan. I was given a medical code by the receptionist, on which I was to call the ins and check on the coverage. This procedure would not be covered, that my deductible was not yet met, as per ins co. It will be an out of pocket expense. I called the Eye Associates office back with my info about my coverage. The office said that they would bring it up the chain for farther explanation and inquiry. I call once a week since my last appointment on 1.30.26 and spoke to several people in billing/ins department. I had no resolution to this situation, I was lost in the sauce of this office, and when asked to have a manager call me back, it fell on deaf ears. I retrieved my records and left.

I'm so impressed with Dr. Camp. He always makes my son feel comfortable. They joke around together and today my son felt comfortable enough to put his hands on Dr. Camps shoulder. My son is disabled & had too many surgeries to count so he's always fearful of dr.s. big thank you Dr. Camp for being the nice person he is.

I have been coming to Eye Associates for several years now. I am a diabetic so I have to go every year. Dr Foster was the surgeon who did my cataracts. The staff is very professional and every step and hand off to another worker is a smooth transition and well-paced. No thoughts of changing doctors.

Staff were very friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Lucas Trim and his assistant answered my questions and explained everything so I understood completely. Great experience!

I had a great experience at The Eye Associates. I have been having headaches and I've never had an eye exam before. I was able to call first thing this morning and get a same day appointment. Everyone who helped me was fantastic and I would not hesitate to refer anyone here.

Dr. Knapper and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, thorough, and made the entire visit feel easy and reassuring. Highly recommend Eye Associates!

Before getting cataract surgery, I had to choose an eye surgeon carefully since I have fuchs dystropy and keratoconus in this eye. After consulting with doctors in NYC, Philadelphia and Sarasota, I felt that Dr Brian Foster of Eye Associates in Bradenton would be my best choice. He was also recommended by my primary physician. Dr Foster chose the basic surgery. He also felt that some of the options offered to me, such as laser surgery and custom IOLs, were expensive and, more importantly, not necessary. I had my surgery 5 weeks ago and after an examination yesterday I am extremely pleased with the results. I am impressed with his honesty and surgical skills and highly recommend Dr Foster. The entire Eye Associates staff including, receptionists, technicians and opticians, have been very competent and professional. Highly recommend this group.
