Doctor Bausbach is so amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything very well, very compassionate and accommodating, we highly-recommend him! Assistants and front desk associates are great, very friendly, helpful and customer-oriented, except for the optical shop lady named Nic/Nicole. So cold, unfriendly, unaccommodating and speaks condescendingly, although we were so nice and friendly to her. She should try to be pleasant to people.

I have been going to this branch of the Eye Associates for 4-5 years and this appointment was the best I have had. I was in and out within a hour including a complete eye exam. The technician that did my refraction was very pleasant and did a very good job with a pleasant personality. My doctor checked her results and agreed that she did an excellent job

Everything went great with the left eye everything went great with the second eye other than the fact I had to wait after they put the drops in to dilate an hour before they took me in to see the doctor and as I rounded the corner they're all standing there talking to a sales rep. I decided to order glasses from the optical gallery there at eye associates which Nicole was very knowledgeable measured and all what not and I asked for my script and when I got home the script wasn't with the rest of the paperwork. Called back She said oh well we have to keep it to your glasses come in. I'm considering ordering a pair of just sunglasses and that's why I wanted the script So therefore I had to make a trip all the way back out there which it's about a 35 minute drive from where I'm at so I wasn't real happy about that.

Great staff at the front desk but had a negative experience with Dr. Dubin's assistant. I waited approximately 30 minutes in the waiting room before she called me into the exam room. Three patients that arrived after me were called first before me. The assistant never apologized and became argumentative instead of apologizing.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. The tech's are professional and confident. The Dr.'s take their time with the eye exam and answer all of your questions and concerns. I am very impressed with the quality of care provided by everyone, including the eyeglasses staff.
