Candace was very understanding about helping me with my glasses frames even though I couldn't decide right away. The other staff members were all really pleasant and helpful.

I had been a patient of this practice for some time with no problems but after my last visits with them I would never go there again. They messed up my prescriptions three different times, they were combative, and uncooperative and after four months I still didn't have a pair of glasses I could wear. I finally got frustrated and went to a different optometrist who got my prescription right on the first try. Go somewhere else if you want a professional experience!

Had a emergency appointment for an eye irritation. Got there at 3:30pm and was out by 4:15pm. Nice and Quick. Not as expensive as I was expecting. The doctor was very nice and quick and gave me some recommendations for my allergies that are already helping. Highly recommend.

Don't bother trying to get seen here. I scheduled an appointment for my first time here to get seen, was contacted to reschedule because the doctor was going to be unavailable, so I did, they called me again to reschedule, then after confirming that one they called again to reschedule two more times.
