I grew up in NJ and out of all eye doctors I had from an eye site problem I have. Dr. Klein is the best. The first time I met him he was checking my eye sight everything taking his time and listening to me while I was telling him why I wear glasses due to a personal reason. I was so happy with my new glasses. It's not easy to find a caring Dr here.. Florida is just full of numbers !!! Thank you Dr. Klein ..

I can agree the front staff can be a little rough around the edges. But I must say, the doctor here is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I'm not one to leave reviews but I will say, please don't be discouraged by the front desk receptionist. Take the afternoon to meet the doctor. As I've worked for many, I can tell this one's a gem.

I received a prescription from Dr Klein two years ago, they were perfect. But last year he decided my prescription would be a little different and he wants to go ahead before my eyes get to that point. I did my prescription glasses at the same office, I don't feel good with them since the beginning I complain and as usual they said to me try them a little longer. I did call after 3 days then after three weeks I got anew appoint men and I have to pay for it. I ask to back to my all prescription it didn't work back again I have to pay for a new prescription to be made and the doctors appointment. I end changing the doctor. I have had recommend this office to a friend and she came to me with the same complain. Sorry Incant feel happy with this busaines.

Staff and Dr. Klein were great. Explained why my insurance sucks (my words, not theirs) yes Freedom Health, this is on you. Still ordered glasses from therm! I believe in rewarding honesty and integrity!

Worse customer service, Over priced glasses. I asked just eye exam and the prescription that my health care providers cover fully with a $10 copay. They became very unfriendly and began to odd different charges that in the two previous visits and prescriptions they were never charged. I told them that, I had contacted my previous eye care provider in New Jersey and they had quoted me a price for two prescriptions with eye frames and mail delivery for nearly $800 dollars cheaper than their previous two prescriptions . For everyone else, who's seeing this review please,do your research with due diligence before you make a decision to make purchase at this place. I understand stand that after all this is a business, but when their charge a100% more then New Jersey and New Jersey been one of the top most expensive states in the country. These people are really reaping us off. Their response to my review isn't not factual, I still have the same medical plant for vision examinations and the same vision plant that I had during the last 8 years and the same vision and health insurance that I had in New Jersey that is why I contacted them in New Jersey and they quoted me a price of over $800 dollars cheaper including the two frames of my choice and a charge $15 dollars for delivery.

I am 74 years old and Dr. Klein provided the most comprehensive eye exam I have experienced. His exam made the other exams I have taken look childish! He explained every test in great detail and provided a more thorough exam than I could ever have imagined! I cannot say enough regarding his practice and his staff. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Klein for anyone looking for a state of the art examination and eye care. Update: I now must add 5 stars for the glasses! I was told two weeks for the prescriptions to be filled......it took only 5 business days. These are the most comfortable and BEST glasses EVER! They are specifically designed to provide me with 20/20 vision when driving, reading and working on my computer. They darken in the car (something NO OTHER glasses I have owned actually accomplished). They do ALL of the things promised. I am amazed at how much my life has changed in one week because I I received an extremely comprehensive eye exam and prescription lenses "specifically designed" to fit MY NEEDS! My sincere thanks to the entire staff for making my life more pleasurable.

I can only say I had visited two other Eye Doctors prior to Dr. Kline and Tom. I had the best experience in my life. Dr. Kline and Tom take their time and explain any concerns you may have. My eye glasses are perfect, my family and friends are now patients at Dr.Kline's office in Brooksville.

The associates were rude and extremely unhelpful. They even hung up on me that last time I called. I was never rude or abusive on the phone and didn't deserve that kind of disrespectful unprofessional behavior. They were completely unconcerned and didn't even try to help me when I was completely out of contacts. It was clear that they didn't want to be bothered. I would never go back there and hope that anyone looking for an eye doctor stays far away from these unprofessional and unhelpful associates. It's a real shame because I actually thought the doctor was great. It's just the people working for him that are terrible.
