Dennis and Laura made my holiday! Came in with broken glasses and I left with them on my face! They took the time to help me and cared for my glasses. Quality service, clean and organized location with a very nice selection. Will be getting my next pair here!
Excellent Service I'm very impressed with the service. They repaired my glasses perfectly and timely manner. The teams was professional, courteous and efficient. Thank you for the great work @Ve
Had an apt today to see the Meta Display Glasses. Erica helped me with the demo and I have to say she did an awesome job with the demo. She explained how every thing work, made sure the size I wanted was correct and made my first time experience at LensCrafters 10/10. Every customers I saw there was happy walking out. I live in Coral Springs but when I need new glasses I'd definitely make the drive again.
Don't come to this location unless you don't want to be helped!
(2/8/26) @ 2pm: Front desk incredibly rude and unhelpful- didn't come up to ask if we needed help when I was searching for a while and when I went up to ask something she said "you ready? go sit down" Like okay? Acting like I was an inconvenience for trying to buy something from her, if you don't want to deal with people or work, just quit!
Definitely lacking customer service skills, they really need to get some training.
We left and drove to the Coconut Creek one to do our business there, which they were lovely and helpful and we got Prada glasses from them :)
I'd like to take an opportunity to recognize FORTUNA HORNREICH of Coral Springs Lenscrafters for an exceptional & memorable customer experience.
I visited the location a few months ago for a frame adjustment to prescription eyeglasses I previously purchased from LensCrafters at Macy's. From the moment I entered the store, Fortuna acknowledged my presence with a cheerful & welcoming smile. She asked what I needed, then assured me I was next to be helped once she completed fitting the current customer. While waiting, I noticed how she was pleasant, patient, personable and attentive.
When it was my turn, Fortuna explained that normal daily eyewear requires strong materials, maintenance & careful handling by the wearer. Which was why my eyeglasses had not met my expectations. She took time to identify how delicate are my frames & demonstrated how to be extra careful when removing eyewear. She further cautioned I may need future professional adjustments.
I was grateful that Fortuna took the time to listen to my concerns. Painstakingly, she searched through many screws to find the right one to fix my glasses! She made precise adjustments, replaced nosepads and thoroughly cleaned my lenses. Before leaving, I asked her to recommend frames that would meet my needs. She was delighted to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses that matched my style and was exactly what I was looking for. She truly understands her customers and her products.
Fortuna gives 3000% to her customers while displaying exceptional pride in her work as a true professional. She made the experience so easy and fun - I was extremely happy that the entire process was quick and hassle-free, so I'll absolutely be returning for future purchases!
Thank you so much & may GOD BLESS YOU FORTUNA HORNREICH!

Follow-Up (Updated Experience):
Unfortunately, things have only gotten worse since my original review. I learned that my lenses had actually been sitting in the office since December 4th--yet I never received a single call or notification. I was told the lenses would be ready for installation on December 17th, so I went in on December 16th to drop off my frames. At that point, I was told the lenses would be installed between 10:30 AM and 2 PM on the 17th. No one called me.
Around 3 PM, I called the store myself and was left on hold for ten minutes before an assistant manager finally picked up. I was then told the lab had made my lenses incorrectly and that the entire ordering process had to be restarted from the beginning.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the lenses had been sitting there for six days, and they didn't need my frames to realize they were wrong. That means no one checked them. Zero quality control.A process I was told would take 5-10 business days is now turning into a month-long ordeal. The conversation with the assistant manager was just as disappointing. She claimed I was "yelling," and I explained that I have a hearing issue and naturally speak loudly. When I truly yell, the neighbors can hear me. Instead of acknowledging my disability, she dismissed it and said she comes from an Italian family in New York so she "knows yelling." Completely unprofessional.
I was offered temporary lenses without transitions--but that would make daytime driving unsafe for me. When I asked if the replacement lenses could be rushed or sent next-day, I was told "No, we can't do that." She hung up on me twice.
I asked about a discount given the massive delay, poor communication, and complete lack of service. Instead of taking responsibility, the assistant manager blamed the situation on me "not having a backup pair." For the record, I did bring backup glasses to my exam. The Doctor told me to throw them away because my prescription had changed. The assistant manager claimed that never happened, despite admitting she wasn't even present that day and had no knowledge of my medical exam.
I was not offered a discount. Instead, the assistant manager seemed eager to refund me and push me out the door--leaving me to spend even more time and energy trying to secure glasses so I can safely drive at night and in sunlight.
Every piece of information I was originally given was inaccurate.
This location is disorganized, understaffed, poorly managed, and completely lacking in communication or accountability.
After 40 years of wearing glasses, I have never had an experience this bad. This place was quick to charge my card and unbelievably slow--and careless--about providing the basic medical product I need to see.
I'm genuinely shocked that a medical facility could treat a patient this way.
Follow Up: A rep from Lens Crafters called me after 30 days and fixed the situation. I was satisified with the outcome.
Sierra helped me to pick up my glasses and she was pleasant. She had to excuse herself when helping another client even though there was someone at the receptionist speaking on the phone and after they're done they didn't try to help me. So I do appreciate Sierra's help. She was excellent
We had an associate today in Coral Springs named Laura. She was the most helpful associate we've ever had at this location. She went above and beyond answering questions that we did not even know we needed to ask. Great experience.
