Vision World

This was actually my second visit to Vision World for an eye exam. The young lady at the reception desk was cheerful and polite. I had an appointment but there was a short wait until I was called in to see the doctor. I was seen by Dr. Reese who I found to be quite caring and thorough. Her "bedside" skills were excellent and her concern was evident throughout my visit. What I did not appreciate though was my interaction with the person at the eyeglass counter. I found him to be very gruff and impatient, to the point where I felt I was being bullied into a purchase right then and there. He kept repeating, "If you don't use it, you'll lose it" in reference to my insurance benefits. Now I don't know if he's like that with everyone but it was NOT okay with ME.

What a professional experience. The quality staff, modern technology equipment and well established procedures made my introduction to Vision World quite impressive. Moreso, the wide ranging experience and focus (no pun intended) of Dr Gendal gave me total confidence. Even though I have regular eye care with a top medical organization, I learned some new and quite valuable things about my personal eye care. Separately, I purchased 2 pair of eyeglasses (with help from my spouse!) from quite a large selection that I am very pleased with. That process, also, was very professional and easy. My visit to Vision World was for the purpose of getting two pair of glasses.... but I pleasantly received so much more. We plan to take our young grandson to Vision World and Dr. Gandel.

I have been a patient of this office for 24 years and I truly cannot say enough how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Gendal is exceptionally patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly he never makes you feel rushed. Staff is just as amazing. Stacey is wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to accommodate my busy schedule. .

Dr. Mark is wonderful. I was quick in and out. I love my current frames and I wanted a second pair just like them, but they didn't have them in any colors I liked in the store so they found me the perfect One online and they'll be texting me when it's ready To pick up. I've only worn glasses for a year and it's just such a relief to have Dr. Mark and vision world team helping me. They really make it safe and reasonable and not a big deal. Something that Was a big source of anxiety before I knew what it was gonna look like so much so that I avoided it for almost 2 years is Smooth and easy with Dr Mark and the vision world team.
