My experience was excellent. Wait time was good. Taken in on schedule and the doctor was very informative about the changes in my vision. I've been coming here for years and service is still excellent. I recommend this location.

Two years in a row I gone to pick up my glasses and embarrassed about my prescription by the same lady. Some people need glasses and not just for vanity. Never will I come back to spend thousands of dollars on things that are medically necessary here. Other experiences here have been mediocre to say the best. I don't leave reviews often, but when I leave embarrassed and in tears I will.

Amazing staff and doctor! Would like for the nurse to count down when she will apply air pressure to my eye so I can brace myself. Other than that, happy with my appointment and looking forward to next year already :)

You have definitely been the least helpful I wear people. I'm attaching a picture of the text that I received from my partner after she went to get her glasses. It's two years in a row and she's been insulted while picking up glasses there. Plus there's no space to wait. And it's like really cramped there while waiting to get your eyes checked. So you've lost two customers because you're staff is rude. The system is completely disorganized. I have nothing good to say, but I'm very disappointed and I'll never be back in nor will she of course

Everyone was so patient, kind, and fast. Melanie made the pre-doctor eye check up so smooth so all the nerves could go away before seeing the doctor, who explained everything so in depth and always made sure I understood and didn't have questions!

would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. During my appointment with the doctor who performed my contact lens exam, I felt that he was somewhat rude. I believe this may have been partly because English is not my first language, and partly because of the setup in the examination area. When I went in for my annual contact lens check-up, there wasn't a mirror positioned at a reasonable height for me to insert my contact lenses comfortably. The only available mirror was placed on a counter without a chair, which made it difficult for me to see myself properly and put in my lenses. As I was taking a bit longer to insert them, the doctor seemed impatient and told me that I needed to hurry up because he had other patients waiting. His tone and attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as if he were doing me a favor rather than providing a service I was paying for. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that future visits can be more comfortable and respectful for all patients, especially those who may need a little extra time due to language or setup challenges. I was treated with the kindest knowledgeable people! My exam was very thoroughly and the Dr was amazing! I highly recommend them for glasses or contacts! I ended up doing multi focal contacts and I could not be happier!!!

Fast. Appointment was on time. Check in was simple. Doctor and staff were friendly. Location in target was easy. Lots of frames to choose from. Overall great experience.
