Took my 8 year old for his first eye exam. The doctor and the staff were very nice. The doctor is calm, attentive and, obviously, very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and explained everything we wanted to know. Overall, great experience.

Best eye care experience I've had in years. Dr. Lee genuinely cares about your long-term eye health. I will definitely be returning next year.

My visit to Walmart location: I was disappointed with the experience during my mother's recent visit. She is 76, uses a walker and wheelchair, and we were only 10 minutes late. Still, we were made to wait while another patient who arrived at the same time (with a later appointment) was seen first, with no consideration for my mother's physical limitations. Additionally, I declined the optional $35 test on the form, but the doctor proceeded anyway and later refused to release the prescription unless we paid. This felt unfair, especially as we couldn't confirm with insurance at the time. Overall, the visit lacked empathy and clear communication. Part 2: Thank you for your response. I'd like to clarify a few points from my experience: Yes, I was about *10 minutes late*, not 15, and I *completed the medical history forms* promptly upon arrival. During the pre-check-in process, I clearly *declined any additional services* that would incur extra charges. At no point before or during the exam was I informed of any fees being added. What was especially upsetting was that while we were waiting for my mother's eyes to dilate, I overheard the doctor *telling the receptionist not to release the prescription unless we paid -- as if we intended to leave without paying. That approach felt unfair and uncomfortable, especially considering my mother is elderly and we were simply waiting to confirm the insurance coverage for the charge. When I left to call the insurance, the insurance office was already closed. I called your office to clarify the situation and was told no prescription would be given unless I paid the $35, despite my earlier refusal of that test. That's when I chose not to return.I fully respect your office's policies and the importance of staying on schedule, but I hope in the future, communication can be handled with more clarity and courtesy especially when dealing with elderly patients and their families.

Been going to see Dr Le for many years now. She's thoughtful, caring and very capable. She does quite a bit of work with specialty fit- I'm a tough fit for contacts but she was able to get me in a set of lenses I absolutely love. I recommend her for anyone looking to get their eyes checked.

I had a concerning issue with one of my eyes and when I called to make an appointment, Dr. Le and staff were able to fit me in the next day. Dr. Le has the utmost concern for her patients and always does it in a thorough and professional manner. Make her your eye doctor.

I was very pleased with the visit for my 10 year old son. The staff was kind and courteous. The optometrist gave a thorough breakdown of my son's examination and what the next steps should be for special care.
