Such a great eye care experience! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, the process is quick and easy, and they offer a great selection of frames. I chose an everyday Gucci frame as well as maui Jim sunglasses and they were able to switch out my lenses on frames I already had. I always feel well taken care of here and would definitely recommend.

They are super expensive. Will push you to pay extra for the eye exam even if you don't want the extra service. The frames and lenses are 3 times more expensive there vs at other places and the doctor does not listen to patients.. his ego cost us 1800usd (with insurance!) for two pairs of glasses, none of which worked well for our needs (and I ended making a new pair based on a different prescription elsewhere)

Warning! Once you have signed anything at this place you have no way out. You're totally defenseless. Changing your mind is not accepted and you're stuck with their by far overpriced charges for lenses only.
Beware of their strongly recommended A/I lenses. Nobody really needs them but they sweet-talk you into it. How'd you like to pay $ 860,- for 2 lenses only while I supplied my own frame. Usually one gets a free eye exam, not there. On top they charged me $ 49,- extra and at the same time charged this amount also to my insurance. How you like them apples? Think twice before doing business at this place.
