Literally the worst eye exam I have ever had to attend. I took my daughter in was there for 3 and a half hours. The students were very rude to me and my kids. She kept getting irritated with my toddler and making comments about him, and in return I was getting irritated being there. After three hours of course a toddler and kid are going to be hungry and tired of being there. Didn't explain things very well in regards to my daughter's eye condition. Left out of there confused and irritated. Student made a comment to me "you seem overstimulated" like of course. Obviously you don't have kids. Waste of time and money.

As an Alumni, I love everything about NSU. What they do for veterans elevates them to the highest level, at the eye institute. They did thorough eye exams for both myself and my daughter, they explained what was going on with our visions. Every thing they did was explained to us. We were both provided with glasses free of charge, which saved this Veteran and single mom lots of money . Thank you NSU. I would recommend them to everyone.

Wow is all I can say. Dr. Coulter and staff did a very thorough eye exam for our autistic son. They are so knowledgeable. I'm so glad we found them and are finally getting some answers about our son's vision. Ms. Taylor was great with him, making everything seem like a fun game. We never knew there was anything other than a routine eye exam until we came here. We're thankful!

Worst Scheduler. Giovanni, staff member who coordinates your appointments is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend vision therapy at Nova. Exam was thorough and doctor spent a lot of time explaining results. Following the exam you are paired up with a 4th year ophthalmology student for a few weeks then you get a new student. The student we had was very nice but didn't seem very educated about the therapy methods and reasoning. Overall not the best experience with the therapy side of the vision department.

I was at NSU today where I was lucky to be seen by Dr. David Sanchez, I've never had such a comprehensive exam in my life. I wish people know they could go there and get the best eye exam for just $55.

I love this place. They have a nice variety of frames. Service is prompt and friendly. As far as the eye exams they are done by students and supervised by faculty. Compared to other university clinics I do believe they should add in photos, imaging of the retina and more technology. Other than that I'm happy with my prescriptions, they are working well.
