Rickayla is the best and so helpful. She explained things if I didn't fully understand when I had questions during my eye exam. She was very patient and when I brought my child just as gentle. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful Rickayla.

From the front desk to the back testing stations to Vivian , who does the final order is nothing short of a pleasure. Very professional but at the same time personable. they are not in a hurry and they just want to make sure everything is done right and correct for your own individual needs. My appointment was October 27, it's now January 23rd. Since then I was gotten 1 trial pair of contacts that are made for 2 weeks wear. Im so mad that I can't type everything I want to say. But to DON'T GO HERE. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR EYES. this is absolutely ridiculous. YOUR TIME WILL BE WASTED. it took over one month for my trial pair to come in.And i've been wearing it since then.I expressed to them that the contacts are hurting my eyes and they still left me with the same pair i have no choice but to wear them since over a month.And a half. My son is autistic and doesn't like when I wear my glasses.He takes them off my face.My glasses are old and bent.I was in the process of trying to buy glasses from them.But I thank god that I didn't go through with it. I think the employees forgot about me.They don't answer the phone, they don't answer messages. I told them that we are not in the 1800s We are in 2026 and faster shipping than one month.Should be available for people who need contacts. Maybe someone will pay attention to me with this review.But probably not bottom line do not give them your money or your time.It will be wasting

This is the worst place to get glasses. They have no idea what they are doing. Went, had exam, fitted for glasses. The man had no idea how to do my insurance. Not only that, I have insurance from work and another source. I used My work insurance and then asked them if I was able to get another pair with my additional insurance. Lo and behold, they ran both insurances. I was told that I would have my glasses in 10 to 14 days and it took almost over amy work insurance and then asked them if I was able to get another pair with my additional insurance. Lo and behold they ran both insurances. I was told that I would have my glasses in 10 to 14 days and it took almost over a month. The office manager, Vivian was nice on the phone and then when I got there, she was extremely rude, she needs customer service training. I was told that I had all these things and scratch resistant. When I went to pick up my glasses finally and asked about all that was included and the scratch resistant. She told me that I would have to pay for the scratch resistant when the guy who fitted me told me I had it This is the worst place to get glasses. I highly recommend everyone stay away. I also requested to have a supervisor phoned me. He called me. He left a message. I left three additional messages for him and never heard back extremely bad customer service.

Rickayla, Kris and Viviana we're all amazing. Kayla with her smile could brighten the sky at night and made my day feel much brighter, Kris helped me pick out the perfect set of glasses and the Gorgeous Viviana helped me the rest of the way. Will deff be coming back in the future.

I got two pairs of glasses, and I'm very satisfied with the service. Viviana was very professional and kind in helping me choose the frames. See you in a year.

Thisd This is a public service announcement: Very unprofessional. Registration process gives them consent to share your PHI with 3rd party 'marketing' firms, stating that it is necessary for patient communications. (False) You can 'opt out' , but they are not required to honor you decision. The "Dr" provided first name only. The "Dr." said "maybe I can call your prescription in"; I responded that they could try faxing it, like ALL other medical providers do. They didn't even finish the exam, stating I was sick, causing my eyes to water excessively: I had NO other symptoms. Nice try! I'm just stating facts, draw your own conclusions.

BEWARE!!! INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Elderly are getting taken advantage of and ripped off daily! They apply insurance to your order and still make you pay double OUT OF POCKET!!!! No clear explanations, no refunds!!! I don't know how this company stays in business!!!!
