The doctor was very good. Ms Riggs was very detailed and informative. However the front office at checkout was confused and put options on the lenses without asking. Had to go over bills for me and my husband line by line. Glasses my husband picked read 239.99 on the tag and I was charged 299.99. Clerk was unable to change price and I am waiting for store manager to call. It's been 2 days. I am waiting until Monday and will call again.

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision! Cindy is absolutely amazing -- professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She truly keeps the show running in the store! Every time I've been in, Cindy has gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude make such a difference.
Dr. Riggs was also fantastic. She took the time to do a very thorough eye exam and made sure all my questions were answered -- I never felt rushed. It's clear that both Cindy and Dr. Riggs care deeply about their patients and the quality of their work.

Im changing my rating to one star because of the old lady tech who works the desk. I had my glasses for less than 24 hours and I brought them in to get them adjusted only to have one of my lens damaged with a small chip dead center of my vision on the inside. She claimed it was there before she started but I know for a fact it was not there, it was bothering my vision the sec I put them back on because of the chip directly in my vision. I was able to get another appointment with the doctor who was great she got them fixed with a little extra for no charge. This frame i have is plastic, it needs to be adjusted often and when she is there adjusting my glasses she refuses to do anything but tighten the screws and tells me they are straight, when they are leaning harder than they were beforehand I came in. I will be going some were els from now on bc she also tells me there is nobody els I can speak to besides her

The sales folks are very helpful once you get inside. I've Had numerous problems getting a hold of them. I tried for weeks and finally just had to show up to even order my contacts. I understand it's hard to get help, but the voicemail was full for four weeks. I believe this should be at least checked every evening.
