Dr. Osvaldo Cabrera at Jade Optical is fantastic. He took his time with my sensitive eye concerns, gave great recommendations, and provided an accurate prescription. Pricing is very reasonable, the eyewear selection is great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal patient of this optical office for over two decades--more than twenty years. I've stayed through different managements and different doctors because the staff had always been welcoming, pleasant, and truly attentive. Lourdes, who was there for many years, was an absolute gem. She always knew what I liked, what I needed, and helped me pick out the perfect glasses every single time. Her professionalism and warmth were unmatched. This year, however, has been a completely different experience. There is new staff at the front desk, and unfortunately, the level of customer service has declined drastically. Sophie, in particular, was extremely rude when I simply asked for clarification on my charges. I asked her kindly a couple of times to go over the balance because the numbers didn't make sense to me, and instead of helping, she sighed, showed clear frustration, and handled the situation with obvious disrespect. That is a stark contrast to the service I had always received from Lourdes and the previous team. The saving grace--and truly the only reason I completed my purchase--was Dr. Cabrera. He is absolutely incredible. I give him 10 stars. Professional, attentive, pleasant, and genuinely caring. I would recommend him a million times over. If it weren't for him, I would not have purchased my very expensive glasses. Sadly, after I receive them, this will be my last visit to this office. I truly hope this review doesn't affect the timely delivery of my glasses, but after this experience with the new staff, I can no longer continue as a patient. I gave them a 4 star because I am not going to ruin the doctor's ratings. He deserves a 10 star rating.

I have been a patient of Jade Optical and Dr. Cabrera for over five years, the staff is extremely competent, efficient, and very friendly, Dr. Cabrera takes his time with his patient goes over all of your possible options, I always leave feeling that my eyes were treated with the utmost care.
