A great place to shop for your next pair of glasses. The store is never too busy, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed by a female team member who went out of her way to guide me through my options, helping me make the best decisions regarding my eye exam and how to get the most value for money.
I appreciated being allowed to choose my frames on my own without pressure from sales staff--something I consider a positive, though others may prefer more assistance. The optician who handled my measurements was also very competent and took the time to explain the shortcomings of my current glasses and how the new pair would address those issues.

Very disappointing experience. We placed an order for prescription lenses and from day one no one has been able to clearly explain when the lenses will actually be ready. Every time we call, we are given a different date.
First we were told the lenses were "in transit", then we were told to wait longer, then suddenly the date changed again to February 28. No one takes responsibility, and no one provides consistent information.
We were told "the manager will call you", but the manager never calls. When I asked to stay on the line for clarification, I was told it's better to call back because I would be on hold for a long time. That response felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Customers deserve clear answers and basic respect -- especially for prescription orders. This store has shown poor communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this location.
