Not sure they can update, but Dr Reed isn't the doctor anymore. It is Dr Hendrix. Super lady/doctor. I just don't like how they manage time. With previous Doctor if my appointment was at 1pm, I saw the doctor around 1pm. Under Dr Hendrix, if your appointment is at 1pm you may get called back to get air blown in your eyes at 1pm, but then you return to the waiting room and how long you have to wait to see the doctor isn't certain. This is not respecting your client's time. Now if this only happen once maybe I'd say, ok, it happens every once in a while but now that I have been in to see the doctor several times this seems to be the norm. Once I even cancelled cause after 60 minute wait in the waiting room I got fed up and had other things to do. Personally, I think they over book the time slots which causes a back log. PLEASE STOP!
