I had a great experience at Eyeglasses World. I was able to get my glasses the same day--they were ready in about 4 hours, which was such a lifesaver. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond, and honestly, they deserve a raise for the amazing customer service they provide. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend Eyeglasses World to anyone who needs quality glasses quickly and wants to be treated with genuine kindness.

I had the pleasure of working with Olivia out of the Estero Florida location. Olivia was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She was also very kind, and offered suggestions on how to accommodate in balancing my glasses so both lenses were equal thickness and assured me she would help me with an issue of my glasses sliding down the bridge of my nose! She went over and above my expectations!

Amazing experience, best prices, best customer service. Everything was amazing, scheduling was easy, they have good hours if you work early or late. Everyone was very friendly from the moment I've walked in, from the ladies up front by the glasses who directed us to the front desk, to Alejandro who checked us in. The doctor was amazing, he answered all my son's questions, took his time and was very friendly. STEPHANIE was incredible, knowledgeable, patience,and very helpful. She took her time with us, helping my son learn to put in contacts and removing them. She made sure everything was correct, answered questions, help us to pick glasses and was just an absolute pleasure, she is super friendly and goes the extra mile to help you.Thank you all my Eyeglass World for all ypu do.

My wife and I stopped in to get her a new pair of glasses yesterday was not greeted by anyone looked around for 25 min found a couple pair of glasses and still no one greeted us or offered to assist. Spoke to a gentlemen that was sitting at a desk in the back regarding getting assistance in which he walked out to the front and another girl appeared from around the corner, decided after that I would take my business else where. Can't work in the customer service business if you dont have any customer service.
