Let's give credit where it is due! I had an amazing experience. From the start Roberto listened and showed great efficiency!! This has been the most beautiful, affordable, and great quality glasses I have ever had !!

At the beginning very nice and helpful. It's been more then a month and still no glasses. Every time I call is the same story the lab or ups. This is horrible service. Because if the lab they use is so un professional what can I expect from them. Last time I ever buy anything from them. And they are not cheap glasses. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. At least I have another old pair I can use. If I don't get my glasses by the end of the week im asking for a full refund.........At the end I got my glasses when I went to pick them up they where very nice. They just need to get a better lab.

Wow the experience was professional , prompt and very knowledgeable Bridget was all of that I came there 2 weeks ago to get new glasses for my 10 yr old son and right away Bridget who is the assistant manager greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile she immediately knew the size frame my son needed because I was like oh he just needs the kids glasses but she immediately knew that they wouldn't be the right fit due to his high prescription and him soon going to grow out of the kids size glasses Bridget picked out some nice glasses from the men's section for my son the glasses were stylish and fit my son he looked so handsome and he was sooo happy about the choices Bridget suggested she was a great help not only with the choice of glasses but also helping me save a lot as I was on a budget the savings were incredibly amazing my son was able to get 2 pair of glasses ... thank you Bridget for your awesome customer service and warm heart I'm relocating soon from Florida city and will definitely travel back down to get me and my son a pair of new frames from this location all the time that's how great the experience was . Continue being a great asset to the eye lab company and as they should definitely value you as there employee!!!!!!

Worst experience. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and untrustworthy. I was told they accepted my insurance, but at checkout they suddenly did not. During the exam, I reported seeing double, and the woman conducting the exam repeatedly blamed the machine. The exam was stressful and confusing, and she said she needed to consult the doctor on next steps, which made me question whether she was even an optometrist. I let it go at the time. I was also given four mismatched trial contact lenses instead of a proper matching pair. When I called to change the contact brand, I was only emailed a screenshot of a contact box, not a correction or prescription. After multiple failed calls, I went in person and was told they couldn't change the brand because I was past a one-month re-exam period. Despite never being given the correct lenses to try. They then asked for $50 to help and reexamine me. A doctor's office should prioritize patient care, not charge extra to fix their own mistakes. Never again. I've been going to the optometrist since I was 16 and I am now 35, I've never had a negative experience anywhere.

Godsend staff, Elizabeth was and continues to be phenomenal, Marilyn is super professional and welcoming, Tony as well, amazing experience all around complete patient centered care, this store sets the bar at a point that cannot be reached.

Wonderful experience. First time getting glasses, it was super quick and easy. Brigitte was very helpful in selecting the right pair of glasses for me. Will be going in again for another pair.

I needed some glasses quick because I was going on a flight within a week. They were able to get me 2 pairs of prescription glasses in under 24 hours with an excellent prescription. No gimmicks, just excellent and quick service. The price was very reasonable.... In fact it was phenomenal in my opinion. They had a great promotion going at the time. And, they came with 2 years of warranty for, only, 25 dollars.
