Got my glasses in just 4 days! Beatriz was super helpful she answered all my questions and helped me pick a frame that fits perfectly and feels comfy. She's the best! Totally recommend this place, everyone's super nice and professional.

I don't know about the eye glasses operation there, I only use them for eye exams and the reason I go there is: Dr. Kirk. I have been seeing him for years. He knows his stuff and always nails my prescription accurately. Highly recommended!

Ask for May she is great! I've purchased 3 frames the past year and was charged each time. I came today and she was the first one who was honest and let me know I had a warranty and didn't have to pay. Truly great customer service and will purchase everything from her! The doctor is great as well.

Dr. Kirk is very professional and personable. I've always experienced great customer service with him and his staff. I'm a Healthcare professional who is very picky, and Dr. Kirk is excellent!

I don't recommend this place for anyone due to the lack of customer service. I came yesterday to get my contacts and when I entered there was long wait. So I took a seat and waited for one of the ladies to help me. After waiting for almost 45 minutes, one of the ladies came back from her lunch break but went straight to a room and she was using her phone (you can see through the door because it's a clear glass). Then she came back out and asked me what I was here for... so I told her that I came to get contacts. I gave her my information and then she told me I could not get my contact prescription expired. I thought that it was because I came alone so I came today with my mom and the same thing. My mother offered to give me the one month contact and the lady still didn't give it us. Even though we said we would make an appointment today. These two days have been the worse due to how rude and lack of help my mom and I received. I think that you guys should get new ladies to run that department and maybe ladies that can speak both languages properly and fluently.

I called 3 time to order contact, first time i called after 2:00 pm Beatrice answer and said the contact team on lunch and to call after 3:15pm then she lecture me about the law that they entitled for their lunch, 2nd day I called after 3:15pm no answer, 3rd day I made sure I call 1:50pm Beatrice answer again and said the same thing that the team went on lunch...after I told her that this was my 2nd time I call and spoke to her on different time and asked why it's so hard to place my order over the phone she goes back again lecturing about the law. After I told her that I'm going to the store to complain about her, finally she said she will have someone contact me to place the order. On 01/07/2019 I went to pickup my contact I got there @ 1:50 pm before their lunch. When I got there one lady came to the register and asked why I was there for...there was only one customer sitting waiting to get her frame adjust. There was 3 ladies inside the room talking not doing nothing knowing that I'm waiting to pickup my contact finally after 20 minutes standing. This lady came to ring me up with a straight face no apology. It felt like I was in a third world country.. I PAID FOR MY CONTACT.I DIDN'T COME TO GET IT FOR FREE!!! . You shouldn't act like I came to bother you.NO SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...THEY ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Kirk Gopie is a great provider but YOU LADIES will be the reason he loose his patients.

I visited this place for the first time last week and I was surprised how quick they helped me, normally I have to wait around for a while on other places but not this time. It was a smooth experience, and the lady that worked there carina helped me choose my frames, she really went above and beyond! Thank you

I have been going to this office for about 10 years in 2020 I try to make an appointment. Not only were the people rude and we're not helpful and really didn't care so I ended up going to another Optical place. 2021 I'm trying to make an appointment it's been my fourth time attempting to make an appointment that only other people not helpful I have not been able to make an appointment I am currently looking for another place to get my eyes checked and it's a real shame because they have all my history and I really did like the doctor.
