I have been a patient for over 20 years and although I have tried others drs here and there, no one is better than Dr C and he is all that I trust. Prices are affordable and he has an amazing, warm personality and feel comfortable asking questions and getting answers you need.

I made an appointment for my 5 year old daughter 3 weeks in advance. After waiting almost two hours just to be seen by the doctor I tried to be understanding with the fact that getting a small child to cooperate with a doctor during an eye exam is not easy. The doctor was patient and took her time with my daughter, I appreciated that. The reason this office gets 1 star is because I made the mistake by ordering glasses through them. I was told her glasses would be ready in 2 weeks, but that she would put a "rush" order in because of how bad my daughters eye sight actually was. I ordered two pairs of glasses. The 1st pair took a little over two weeks to get to the office, I could not understand why I would not be receiving both glasses at the same time, considering the fact that i ordered them both at the same time. I was told the second pair did not pass inspection. As annoyed as I was, I once again tried to be understanding and gave them a few more days. Today marks 5 weeks!!!! 5 weeks and when I called this morning I was told her glasses were still not in!!!!! My daughters father had to drive out of his way to go into the office and demand a refund. Once he got there the glasses mysteriously showed up and he was told that they were waiting to send them out in the mail. UNACCEPTABLE! We paid almost $400 for her glasses and apparently they were sitting in the office and no one had the common sense to physically get up and check. Never will I do business with this office again.

Best eye doctor in all of South Florida. Love him, amazing doctor and so caring. I see people on here that say they wait for too long, but in my experience, the longest I've ever waited was 30 mins, and that's when I was a kid, and 30 mins seemed SO LONG to me at the time. I've been going here for years, and they treat every single patient with care and respect. Every. Single. One. This place values quality over quantity.

As soon I walked they took my temperature. Dr. Cohen was very professional. Amy helped me choose my glasses that my insurance would pay for and she was very patient with me because I changed my mind a couple of times. They sanitized the glasses, etc. Very efficient office.

Horrible. Booked an appt. weeks in advance, and still over a 2 hour wait. Books way too many clients for the same time. The receptionist was horrible as well yelling to other employees to buy her some patties. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Dr. Cukeirman is the only Optometrists my family has every been to, 15 years and counting. I could not ask for better service. Whenever I need him, he is there. He is the best with kids, funny, positive and entertaining. It's always a Candy Crush party visiting our favorite and one and only Dr. Cukeirman. Highly recommended!

The wait is long most of the time but the doctor is excellent and everybody in the office is very friendly and patience.
