Aran Eye Associates

I had an appointment yesterday at Aran Eye Associates in Sunrise and was very impressed with the new doctor -- I don't remember his name, but he was excellent. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. The visit was quick, professional, and pleasant. Also, the technician who assisted me was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. I'm really happy with the new team at the Sunrise location!

They have gotten very efficient. It used to be difficult getting appointments or people to speak to there, but they seem to have employed new staff and improved customer service greatly. Also there was a time you felt that if you did not speak Spanish, your patronage was no welcome. Now I find it easier to communicate with staff in English so the company has become more inclusive.

Had fun gal who did first exam made me feel comfortable I do not even know her name but she knos. very pleasant Dr as well was very reassuring professional and caring

I was so pleased when Dr patiani was there but then she left and I went to Broward with Dr Drew balcom and he's great I'm satisfied so far. And I just love Dr dean.

The doctor and the eye tech are very well mannered and professional. However the front desk lady. Who tended to me when initially got there needs proper customer service training. She believed what was happening on her phone was far more important than the clients standing up in front of her watching her scroll on her phone and boldly told another patient and myself wait one minute while she finished her scrolling. Totally atrocious. Get her some type of customer service guidance. Completely unacceptable in this day.

The Woman w/ the black hair whom works the front desk when clients sign in is by far thee' rudest & least helpful employee at any establishment I've ever been to. One you all need a diverse staff, not everyone in south Florida speaks Spanish so for clients whom speak other languages please have staff in there to assist. I seen a staff member ask a client 3xs if the client spoke Spanish & the client told them 3xs that they don't! The fact that nobody speaks ENGLISH is mind boggling! Back to the women in the front I've been there enough times to gather this assessment! She will not even assist clients when they have a question to a command or a statement that she herself has brought up. For example someone didn't have a proper appointment- you ask her a number to call she says she doesn't know. You ask her what can be done next she doesn't know! You all are assisting the elderly & more importantly the elderly with seeing issues make it make sense why your front of staff is not helpful!

Once you make appointment please make sure it's on the day when doctor is available. If not call ahead of time to change appointment time. I drove 1 hour and then I was told doctor is not in so make another appointment and go back home which again I drove 1 hour back.Great customer service.I thought they were good and I was comfortable driving to their that location but now I am changing the doctors not just location

I brought my mother in who was the actual patient. The gentleman who called us back was so pleasant with her. After seeing her he referred her to the waiting area to be seen by the doctor. My mother has to use the restroom. She left and returned saying the gentleman who saw me in that office was the one who walked me to the restroom as I couldn't find the restroom. She felt so calm and secure knowing the employee provided grandiose service to her. As I was leaving, another patient asked me for the restroom and I devoted my appreciation to the lady by getting the key for her and walking her to the restroom.
