Envision Eye Care

Had the BEST experience today at Envision Eye Care. From the front office staff, Ronnie & Jerry, to Babette, optometry (assistant?); to Dr. Pam - amazing - who operates the family practice with her sister, Dr. Cheryl - the entire visit was enlightening and genuinely lovely. First, what an educational experience. The office utilizes advanced technologies (as another reviewer noted). Babette was so kind and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire front end of the exam process - above and beyond the "look here, do that" - she provided a thorough explanation of things. Dr. Pam is the coolest. Smart, savvy, caring and compassionate. Addressed all of my questions, didn't make me feel rushed; she was also warm and approachable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, a pillar of an excellent team who genuinely enjoys and appreciates what they do... Including the Extern who was on site learning (I love this) and the glasses / hardware associate - who was not at all pushy and instantly matched me to several fashionable frames that were completely and totally me. Truly, what a refreshing experience, I'll never go anywhere else: new customer for life. AND THE SPRINKLES ON THE CAKE: The two small office pups, brother and sister (Clooney and Cocoa)! I honestly couldn't recommend a more wonderful, personable, and professional family business. What a rare gem.

People were very nice. Dr Cheryl seemed to be competent and friendly. This was my first appt. When I made the appt they told me they would send my my intake forms to do online prior to check in. Didn't happen. Exams went okay until my dilation. Drops went in at 3:55 and the Doc didn't return for a half hour, after saying she'd be back in 15-20. I made the appt at 3:00 with another meeting at 4:30 figuring never in life would an eye exam take longer than an hour, let alone 90 minutes. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. Who knows?

Staff is always friendly. Dr Sheryl has been taking care of my eyes for over 10yrs now. I drive over 40min because of the great treatment and service

This practice is truly exceptional. The doctors take their time with every patient, and you can tell they genuinely care!!! I never once felt rushed, and the quality of care from every single team member is outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming and calm, and the doggies add such a wonderful, comforting touch to the entire experience. Their frame and lens selection is incredible. I still have glasses from years ago that are in excellent condition, which speaks to the quality of their products, you truly get what you pay for. I'll definitely be returning for the IPL treatment; it's far more effective and longer-lasting than any facial I've ever tried. Highly recommend this practice for anyone who values thorough care, advanced technology, and an overall great experience.

I'm not sure where to start other than Google needs to give a 10 star option for this place. Every person in this office has been truly amazing!! I called so many eye places to inquire about a new eye drop and every one of them made it seem like I was a nuisance until I found Envision. Babette(I hope I didn't butcher that too much) was super friendly from the moment I made an appointment over the phone to contacting me regarding my prescription. Dr Pam is a professional on another level. She is on top of all the new options out there for presbyopia and gave me a couple options. I meet a lot of people in my work and will be directing ALL of them to Envision Eye Care and their warm and welcoming staff. Thank you everyone at Envision and happy holidays!!

They were highly recommended and they exceeded my expectations. I been to several eye doctors in my life and Envision and Dr Cheryl set a new bar in thoroughness, attention to detail and custom tailored care and options based on customers daily vision usage and needs, as different as those can be.

Envision is really two doctors working in tandem to give you a higher level of examination. I was recommended to them by my friend Elizabeth, gave them a great reference. The atmosphere is very professional yet laid-back, and I really feel like they addressed all of my concerns and even found some things about my eyes that I could improve in terms of hygiene. Both doctors respected my medical history from my ophthalmologist and retina doctor, and did not try to duplicate any previous test performed. In addition, they respected my insurance and adhered to it, not trying to sell me anything I did not need. I am a very hard rater on Google, but this facility and the doctors deserves five stars. The service provided by both doctors and the front office staff is exceptional, professional, respectful and efficient.

The best vision care I've ever been to! From the folks at the front reception to the doctors. The exam is the most comprehensive and thorough I've had and Dr Cheryl takes the time to answer all my questions and make solid recommendations for my eye care moving forward. It truly feels like a family atmosphere around there and they treat you that way.
