I went by Exotic Eyewear today on Saturday afternoon in my sweats without any makeup. I was blown away by the wide selections of name brand glasses like Dior, Tiffany, Chanel, Cartier, Mont Blanc, Tory Burch, Gucci and many more. I also like my entire shopping experience there. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. I was just looking and trying on glasses without feeling being watched, followed or pressured. Lia was super helpful in assisting me and answering all of my questions. She was super patient with me as I want something specific - something in wide frames but with nose pads. I made my purchase and only wish that I hadn't wasted time elsewhere. I ordered a pair of prescription lightweight progressive lenses with transition and anti glare. Lia took the time to explain to me different lenses options and all along I felt I was educated but not pressured. I felt I was treated very well with a high level of professionalism and courtesy and not being judged or pressured. I will go back and highly recommend to anybody! Tatiana and Lia were super helpful in getting my order in. (Added 4 days later) My prescription progressive glasses was supposed to be ready on Saturday but I got a call Thursday morning that it's ready. I came in after work around 5pm. Panos and Mohammad took the time to adjust the glasses for my optimal comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience. Besides the amazing selections of name brands of all prices, I like how approachable and friendly they are. I will come back for my next purchase and bring my daughter by when it's time for her to get eye exams, glasses and contacts. I really appreciate how they meticulously made these adjustments to ensure my comfort. Purchase was no remorse! It was pleasant and outstanding and I love my glasses. By the way, I saw those Cartier in the shelf was like $3500-$4500 and didn't dare to touch them. But Lia was so sweet to help me feel comfortable in trying them on. I was able to find a deal on a pair of Cartier in the 3 digits, in the hundreds not thousands!! Then I added anti-glare, progressive and transitions. It was quality products with outstanding service all around!! Panos, Tatiana, Mohammad and Lia, all made me feel so comfortable shopping here!! Zero high-pressure or intimidating tactics. I highly recommend and will return for sure!

I went to this optical, I spoke to Panos and told him I broke my eyeglasses, I had a second identical pair, I asked if he can just transfer the lenses to the new pair, he said of course! I will be right back, I was concern because he never said how much that is going to be, he returned after 5 minutes with my new shiny glasses and said, here you go! I was so happy I said how much I owe you, he said, nothing don't worry about it! Wow! This is the place to shop for glasses, they gained a customer for life! I am so glad I stopped by! I really recommend this place! Thank you!

Always a great experience. They have a large selection of designer frames and the service is always wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable on styles and lenses. They are so friendly and helpful guiding you to what you are looking for or assisting you to find something that suits you. Hands down the best experience shopping for eyeglasses I've had.

After losing my glasses in the ocean (don't ask), I went to LensCrafters as that's where my vision "insurance" allowed me. After a very long wait, and an agent who absolutely couldn't seem to work their high-tech iPad point of sale system, I was quoted $670 for a pair of Ray-Ban rimless glasses with lenses. With insurance, it was $490. Honestly this was completely out of my price point, and I wasn't willing to subsidize the crazy LensCrafters markup game I've played in the past. I started walking home, and though I'd pop into Exotic Eyewear to see what they had, which ironically I on my way to LensCrafters. I asked if they had rimless glasses, and was shown several options. I was very candid with the representative that I really didn't want to spend over $300. He showed me several frames that were $100, and the lenses only added another $179. Done. No more gimmicks, add-ons, coatings, services, whatever. Better yet, I was able to choose any shape/size lens in the store. They cut and process everything right on-site, so there's tons of flexibility and options. When I picked up the glasses, they took their time carefully adjusting them to my face as well. What would have taken at least 10 business days at the big box store took three business days at Exotic Eyewear for under $300 out the door with amazing service. I will absolutely be back, and I'm most likely done with the LensCrafters scam forever.

This is the best decision I made when I decided to go to exotic Eyewear optical. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The owner went to the extreme to make sure that my lenses is PERFECT. I usually don't write reviews but I had to let others know, that they can benefit from my experience. I am happy with the cartier frame and lenses that I selected.
