I visited Fort Lauderdale Eye Care and Eyewear for my anual eye exam and to purchase some frames. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire visit. The exam by Dr. Leslie Draper was thorough, everything was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed. She has a great personality. They also have a great selection of frames, and Desire was genuinely helpful in finding the right fit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service. From making the appointment over the phone; Emanuel was very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Draper for the last four years. Her knowledge and professionalism is surpassed by none. Dr. Draper makes you feel comfortable and only recommends what is needed and necessary at the time of your visit. There is no wasted time visiting this office, Sam the assistant, are very prompt and timely. Easy to get an appointment and once the exam is complete the office has a wide variety of glasses to select. The assistant that works with the glasses is also top notch. If you're in need of eye professional I highly recommend Dr. Draper and Fort Lauderdale Eye and Vision Care.

Dr.Draper did a great job with my exam, very thorough and nice. The optician was so friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out my glasses and order my contacts. She and I had so much in common and that made my visit much more enjoyable.

I went in to get fitted for contacts. Quick, prompt, and efficient process. Unlike most doctor appointments, I did not have to repeat any information that I have already supplied. Clean office and nice selection of glasses.

I'm typically not one to leave a bad review for a company unless I really think things were done completely wrong and unprofessional. I purchased a groupon for this business thus my glasses broke and I needed to replace them as soon as possible. In the meantime I would be using the singlasses I have with prescription to see. The Docter told me the lenses on my sunglasses where close but wasnt the write prescription for my eyes so I believed her. The groupon stated that the price included an eye exam, the lenses and certain frames. I went in, did my eye exam and picked out frames from which the clerk of the store showed me I could pick from. They informed me that it would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later I call them to ask about my glasses and they told me they would return my call with the correct information. I didn't hear back from them until another week passed. Which is when they called me to inform me the glasses were ready, two days before thanksgiving. I informed the clerk that I lived all the way down south of Miami and it would be very hard for me to make it up there because of work but that I would send my uncle to go pick them up at noon and bring them to me and the clerk told me that was fine and that he would be there. My uncle gets there and there is nobody at the store, the door is locked and the neighbor stores said they didnt even see anyone open the store that day. I called and called nobody answered. My uncle cAme all the way back down south and that is when they returned my call telling me that sorry they were out for lunch and that we could go back now. So I politely asked if there was any way we could send the glasses in an uber thus the following days they would be closed due to the holiday and because I really needed my glasses. The manager Josue called me back and started informing me that he lost $150 selling me those glasses and that I wasn't even supposed to have bought them and offered me all my money back and refused to even split a $40 uber delivery to get the glasses to me after all this confusion. Super rude and not trying to get to any fair resolution. Only stating to me that he lost money selling me the glasses that their own clerks told me to choose from. I had to leave my work and drive an hour and a half to go pick up the glasses and when I got there they didn't even want to give them to me with a box or anything. Anyways I disregard all of this because ultimately I just need glasses to be able to see correctly but when I put the glasses on my vision is still not clear. I still see with a little blur. I thought with myself maybe my eyes just need adjusting and I gave it about a week to see. Its been a little over a week and Its still blurry. Im writing this review hoping the business owner reads this and sees how my customer experience has been. Im not going to call in because of the bad experience I had on the phone with the manager of all 3 of their stores Josue. I wear glasses all my life and have used various groupons all over south florida for glasses and have never had this problem or bad experience. Extremely disappointed. I am a real paying customer and deserve to be treated right. Do not recommend.

My exam was a lovely experience. Check in was efficient, the staff was very friendly and kind and the doctor took her time to complete the exam and answer any questions. I would highly recommend!

No thanks, I won't be going back to this business. I got an eye exam and was not happy with the prescription. I returned to get a new, corrected prescription and had to pay them $55 in order to get reexamined. I am editing this to respond to your mischaracterization of the situation. The eye doctor corrected the bad prescription and I am having the glasses remade, not by you. The glasses maker stands by their work and guarantees customer satisfaction. Your response twisted the facts. You got the prescription wrong. The glasses that were made from the wrong prescription are worthless to me.

This place is by far, the best and most professional place to come and make your eyes seen by a truly specialized doctor. Since the very first moment, you feel the great attention, from the lady assisting you with all preliminary tests and explanation to the Doctor, who will perform all tests and will explain you in details everything that she sees about your eyes health. Here you will find state-of-the-arts equipments and come on! I could see a complete 3D of my eyes globes! The best is the full explanation that you receive with all of that. I was very surprised because the doctor dilated my pupils as routine tests. And to finish, I can't be happier with my new glasses! They are elegant and the work perfectly for me.
