I was so fortunate to have an outstanding eye exam today with Dr. Judith Schaeffer, O.D. -- the best experience any of us have ever had with an optometrist. My son and my sister were also examined by Dr. Schaeffer, and she was uniformly kind, intelligent, caring and incredibly thorough with each of us. She clearly cares about her patients: she explained everything clearly, took the time to answer all our questions, and thoughtfully coordinated a follow-up appointment for me and my sister with a specialist to evaluate potential cataracts. Professional, compassionate, and highly competent -- I can't recommend Dr. Schaeffer highly enough. Just the best!

I went to LensCrafters today to see if they could put a clear lens in one side of my wife's glasses because she doesn't need a prescription for one eye after cataract surgery. The woman who helped me right away was very pleasant. She popped the unneeded lens out for now so that my wife could think about whether she wants to continue using those glasses or get completely new frames. She even gave me this nice little carrying bag and put the lens back in it. We're definitely getting our glasses there from now on! Thank you!

I was a Warby Parker customer for years, and I happen to stop into the local LensCrafters store to look around, I ended up having my eye exam done, (which I was impressed with how thorough they were). And then came getting glasses... The assistant manager named Noah, Who could not have been nicer, Helped me search for the best frames.
I ended up having a complicated order, Not because of the store, but because of what a picky customer I can be. And Noah was incredibly helpful along with the whole staff there. Needless to say, I am no longer a Warby Parker Guy, I will only buy from lens crafters, and use Noah. Do yourself a favor and stop by LensCrafters you won't be disappointed!!
