I went to this eye care center using my insurance, and the consultation was supposed to be only $10. At the end of the visit, they charged me an extra $39 for a VSP retinal photo, which they didn't ask me about beforehand. The staff said, 'because they like to do that exam for new people.' When I asked for a quote to get my lenses made, a staff member spent over 10 minutes adding extra options that she claimed would 'benefit my vision,' making the price much higher. I felt pressured and misled throughout the process. 100% I will not go back to this place, and I will definitely not get my lenses made here. The price of a consultation should always be clear from the beginning. Be aware if you want to avoid unexpected fees and aggressive upselling.

Great experience every step of the way!! Easy to get the appointment scheduled and timely! Greeted very warmly!! I was seriously EARLY arriving, but had a great time shopping for frames before I was called. I do think they were actually ahead of schedule! Great selections and SUPER helpful staff!!!! Dr. Francine Verblow was outstanding!! I am very grateful for the entire experience here!! SEE you all next year

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly at this location. Their contact & eyewear expert, Levi, is absolutely amazing! He is efficient, knowledgable and attentive. He helped me navigate my insurance benefits, order contact lenses and glasses. I wish I'd discovered this practice sooner.

I had my first eye exam here recently. It was very comfortable and everyone was super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm going to be 50 this year, and I couldn't deny the fact that I couldn't read anymore. So I got to pick my first pair of professional readers thank you everybody I will definitely be back actually today to pick up my glasses.

Probably one of the most enjoyable appointments I have ever had at a doctors office. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out every single staff member including the doctor was amazing. I would highly recommend this office. Very kind, very professional, and they took their time and definitely made you feel like you were the only person in the office.

The entire experience was first class. From the greeting at the front desk to the optometrist to sweet Lee who fits you for frames and makes sure your finished glasses fit well, EVERYONE in the office is friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. I'm amazed that the wait times were so short, because everyone there treats you like you are the only patient in the world. They give you patient, caring attention and answer all your questions -- and I tend to ask a lot of questions! TREMENDOUS customer service. I recommend 100%
