From the first call-Beatrice was very patient, professional and even upon my meeting her, I received the same treatment. Kelly was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Dr. Hrdlcka provided the best care, and provided me with a wealth of information. Very pleased patient.

My appointment was Monday 10am. I was a new patient so I showed my Id and health insurance card.
After 30' waiting I approached the front desk asking for an update and they told me you are next; so 15' later approached again the desk and I said I waited 45' please cancel my appointment.
Very disappointed losing 45' of my time on my day off.
I didn't have the chance to meet Dr. H so I can't talk about her.

Very experienced staff and physicians. Wonderful patient care and consideration. All the most up-to-date techniques with extraordinary patient " bedside" manner. Highly recommend for prescriptiin contacts or glasses, eye issues, general eye health maintenance.
Dr. Sciarrino is a general aviation pilot as an avocation, so he is great on flight exams.
Other physicians there haveultiple speacialties as well.
