First time getting my eyes checked and I knew something was off -- turns out I definitely needed it! Andrew, who did my eye exam, was amazing. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense and didn't feel rushed at all. Greg at the front desk was just as great. He took the time to go over my prescription, explained my astigmatism clearly, and helped me understand my glasses options so I felt confident about what I was getting.Both Andrew and Greg were professional, kind, and made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I walked out with my prescription, clarity (literally), and peace of mind. Highly recommend this office and their team!

I lost my glasses at the beach and needed a same-day replacement. I called ahead and asked multiple times if it was guaranteed, and they said yes. I drove 30 minutes based on that.
When I arrived and picked my frames, they told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Total waste of time.
The person on the phone was also pushy about an eye exam, but in-store staff said it wasn't needed because Florida allows prescriptions to be valid for five years. Very inconsistent and misleading.
I wish they told me couldnt so instead of wasting my time i couldve went to another spot.

Last week a lens in one pair popped out and I couldn't find it. I called the 26th St location, made an appointment and talked to Melanie. She was very kind and asked if I could give her an hour to make the new lens and have my glasses ready? She called me within the hour and she had my glasses ready when I arrived .No additional charge, no hassle, and service with a smile. Very pleased with the service she provided.
