I have pretty good service here when I came. My prescription was great and the prescription contact lenses they offer for trial also worked really well. Only thing I would say is I wish that I didn't have to ask for my prescription and the code to see it, but maybe they forgot to tell me about the code (which is your phone number) to view it. Other than that, everything else was good. :)

I have asked for the last 3 weeks for my prescription for my contacts after my visit and my one week trial period as stated by both representatives at your front desk however I walked into the office on Tuesday and was told it'll be emailed to me. I have yet to receive said email and I really believe the front desk staff need customer service training because they are very passive aggressive. I'd love to receive my prescription by Friday. I will never return to this location. The doctor is AMAZING!

The visit here was great.I am extremely pleased. I have referred family members and friends here over the years and I have never been disappointed. I experienced a new cutting edge technology which is one of a kind.The doctor gave detailed explanation of my scans after the exam. Awesome team! quick and efficient.

The staff at Sunrise Optical is knowledgeable and professional. Dr Normil has served Fort Lauderdale's Northwest section with aplom for decades. (but still call him from anywhere in south Florida)

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the doctor and staff. Price is very good as well. All high technology systems.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. I've been a loyal customer of this place for many years, but what happened today 06/20/2025 around 2:40 p.m. was completely unacceptable. The woman at the front desk, who had dreadlocks, had a very unprofessional and rude attitude from the beginning. The office was completely empty, yet she was on her personal phone and watching a movie on her cellphone, clearly not interested in helping anyone. I came in for a contact lens exam and to buy lenses for someone else. She told me no one had called to order them, even though I explained I was ready to pay for them right then. Her tone was dismissive and unfriendly the entire time. When I asked about the exam, she said it would be after 3:00 p.m. because they were on lunch. I then asked if I should remove my contact lenses in advance, since I know pupils are usually dilated for this type of exam, and she replied again in a rude, irritated tone, as if I was bothering her. It was obvious she was more interested in her movie and phone call than doing her job. With that kind of attitude, I had no interest in staying, let alone returning. To make matters worse, they were supposed to send a prescription two weeks ago for the person I was buying lenses for and they never did. I had to remind her again today. To the doctor or owner: this kind of employee is damaging your business. Please hire people who understand customer service, who are respectful, and who actually care about the job
