Great experience overall. The eye exam was thorough and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and confident in the results. Highly recommend.

New client, they were pretty thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. Exam-wise compared to my previous optometrist, they are a bit less. As far as lenses and frames, about the same. Tech-wise, definitely better than my last place. And from customer service perspective, each personnel was very kind, polite and helpful throughout

I had a great experience with Dr. Cornish. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with up-to-date testing technology. The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated the clear appointment reminders. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with great music playing -- I loved hearing LP in the background. Dr. Cornish was kind, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. I felt well cared for and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Staff is always so kind & helpful. Facility is clean & nicely done. Dr. Rivera is our doctor, & she is so sweet & down to earth. You feel very comfortable all the while professional & knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

I scheduled this appointment as I was told by Vision Saurce in advance that they accept my insurance, I had it all confirmed before I went for the appointment. After the five minute visit, my bill was $150. I questioned why I was told you accept insurance! No Mercy Afterward they have your signature that you accept what insurance does not! They lie about accepting insurance to get you in, the bill is a surprise. I was there for an emergency eye infection I had. I went to my pharmacy to pick up the prescription same evening, it wasn't even called in. The next day I had to call them to remind them of the call! It's all about money, I would had never gone there if this fraudulent company had told me the visit is $150! Also, I wanted a vision test with same visit, the doctor says because of infection in one eye we can't do it. It gets in the equipment. I was surprised that they do not sanitize and change any contact with anyones Eyes before the next patient!

Staff was not very patient or helpful with insurance resolution. At the time of leaving my exam and purchasing contacts I noted to the staff that the bill seemed much higher than I would expect to pay. I felt pressured to pay, being told "that's what it is", and move on as opposed to being offered an opportunity to sit with the front desk staff and review the insurance information on file. End all be all, the insurance being ran was incorrect, and I was offered a refund after calling back and asking what info was on file. For feedback: insurance can be annoying and stressful for people whose job isn't to work with it all day. If a person has questions and feels as if something is wrong why not go the extra mile and talk through the problem. Why not review the insurance on file and take 10 minutes to call the provider and confirm.

Absolutely love this office and Dr. Cornish specifically. My family has been going to him since we moved to FLL six years ago and we wouldn't trust our eyes to anyone else. He is warm, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. What's more, he makes the whole body holistic connection and that's very important to us. This practice has our trust and highest recommendation.

Excellent, first time I went Dr. Cornish recommended lowering my prescription which drastically improved my vision! Him and his staff are organized and insightful. Would highly recommend.
