Unfortunately this doctor will perform various unnecessary procedures and add things that you won't expect to pay. She wiped my eye lids with a solution and that was a $125 charge. She put a disposable "warming" eye mask on my face and stepped out of the room for less than a minute. When she stepped back in, she tossed it. Turns out that eye mask was $50.
She is a charming person so it seems like she is nice and just casually speaking with you. She's really just doing things that are not going to help your eyes and then surprising you at the checkout counter with a bill you would not expect. She then says that insurance doesn't cover the procedures that she does, but she does not discuss the cost with you prior. I have filed a complaint with the state of Florida about her. She'll be hearing from them soon. Beware of her tactics.

We went there for an eye exam. We were charged an amount before we left then they called us asking for more money. A few days later we went there to pay the balance. We waited an hour to find out why we are being charged more and they couldn't tell us. This place is absurd. Very bad customer service.

Went straight from a flight to get there before 7pm just for them to be close with no explanations. If you say you close at 7 you should close at 7. Not 5:30. That's just bad business and I will not be using you guys again and telling everyone I can about how unprofessional this is

The only reason the optometrist is getting some good reviews is because they are giving a pair of contact lenses for free "IF" you provide a review. The doctor is misleading and she will try to push on you services you don't need. I was offered my money back if I was not happy if I came back in less than two week, after 5 days I came back and she refused honor it. This bad review is for the optometrist, not to the actual store. Get your prescription somewhere else.
