Your Eye Specialists - Fort Lauderdale

What a horrible experience. Made 2 appointments, each time they told me they would get the referral. On the second visit they said they requested it twice never got it and the referral I had was of no use since there were no codes. No apologies for not doing what they said they would do, no phone call or message that they needed to reschedule, the receptionist never looked up from her screen just terrible customer service. I'm happy to go elsewhere after experienceing the front desk.

Worst appointment ever. Appointment at 8:00. Its now after 9:00 and still sitting in the waiting room. Looks like the doctor just walked in. I kid you not. Unfocused staff. Find another doctor I suggest, unless you have plenty of time

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. My mom's appointment was at 9, they made us fill out all the paperwork, they charged us and still said that the doctor (Marlene Machado) made a mistake and went to another location instead of this one where we were confirmed and instructed to go. I even called the day before to confirm everything was ok. It just shows the lack of respect towards patients like if they didn't know she wasn't there when we arrived, BS. You honestly don't even deserve 1 star.

I went to the office in the Bank of America building! I have never been treated so abruptly! I was not given a surgical kit twice! They said they ran out of tape Dr Fleishman was in his usual hurry and Dr Rashas was also too busy to take care of his patients! I have never been so disappointed in an establishment! You must let your patients know they are the most important people there! I actually have not been able to sleep since my right eye was operated on two days ago! Your establishment needs to come together for the benefit of your patients!

My mother in law had surgery with Dr. A Vedula and is extremely happy with her results. We worked mainly with Nicole the coordinator who is absolutely amazing. She made everything very clear and was in constant communication with me. Highly recommend Dr. A Vedula to anyone looking for a cataract specialist.

I came in for a visit a few weeks ago and was very happy with my results. Dr. Rubinstein was caring and empathetic. The girls were all very sweet and helpful. The girl at front desk was very welcoming and even helped me call my transportation.

Please, Do NOT entrust your eyes or elderly parents eyes to Your Eye Specialist. My 10:10 am appointment turned into a 58 minute delay in the waiting area. When I was called, I questioned the nature of the delay. The answer came as my chart was thrown at the technician and I. An unidentified staff member in black scrubs threw my chart brazing the left side of my face. This unidentified unprofessional man told me to go (explicit) myself and he gave me a hand gesture. He was aggressive, short and sloppy. Update: The unidentified man goes by the name of Ryan. I'm a nurse by trade. A nurse is the best referral source for practitioners. Please use this referral as a means for you, your family members and close friends.

Unfortunately I tried to give this place a chance but they need work. The wait times are horrendous. I waited 2 hours my first visit and I left the 2nd time, due to them not telling me sooner that they didn't accept my insurance. The office is extremely overbooked and it seems as if the staff isn't trained well at. I waited a month to get in here just to have my time wasted. I called a new optometrist today, they booked me today, got me prescribed and new glasses today. Dr. Vanessa Gagliano was great though 4/5 stars, but this practice is bottom tier.
