I don't know how we got so lucky to find this place! My daughter had a school eye exam and it said she needed to get her eyes checked, I immediately thought of Golisano and saw they had a center. My appointment was made and was quick! Wow, less than a week's wait! Then we went and the place is clean and so professional. BUT the part that blew me away was how wonderful they were with my 5 year old! I had anticipated that this would be a struggle and it was actually fun! They checked so many things about my daughter eye health it was comforting and so reassuring! The staff member who did most of the testing was a joy to work with as she made my daughter excited to participate and took the time to explain it all so a 5 year old could get it. If Chloe was nervous she took the time to show her, have her feel it and even try it out. The doctor who came in when Chloe's eyes were dilated was just as kind... WOW! She explained everything so well to me! I will never go anywhere else as long as this location stays like this! I'm even taking my older daughter in! It was so impactful! Thank you, thank you!!

Dr. Nelson is so incredible! It is rare to find a doctor like her who truly takes the time to explain everything. From the moment she enters the room she captivates the kids with her fun and caring personality. We are extremely grateful to be seen by her. We have seen 5 different eye doctors in the past none compare to Dr. Nelson. The compassion and kindness she gives each patient is something you can't teach. She needs a raise!

I had a bad experience at this place. Initially, I took my son to Dr. K for a consultation. She assured me that everything was fine with his vision, but in the medical history, she put a diagnosis of Myopia. This was very confusing for me, so I went for a second opinion with Dr. Nelson and to my surprise, the diagnosis was the complete opposite of Myopia and very positive. Therefore, I feel really confused as a mother. I don't know what to believe, it's confusing, and I think this shouldn't happen. I think I will absolutely change my son to another clinic.

Absolutely amazing experience here with the entire staff all around - highly recommend Dr. Rhee, superb bedside manner with explosive knowledge and excellent care and communication - thank you!

They are amazing! My 4 year old is scared to go anywhere that has to do with doctors and check ups but they were gentle, kind, and made everything fun. Even the waiting area was nice, and clean. They had a section where they could color on a drawing pad. The best part was while having the eye exam he was watching kids movies! I wish my exam was as great as this! Recommend 100%

Warning do NOT bring your child here IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. Worst place ever they will try to force you to put glasses on your baby even though there's definitely more options, they also ignore everything you have to say and will go as far as to tell their own people to come lie to you as well no thanks. Doctors are super unprofessional making my baby uncomfortable. We went to 2 different Drs last one being Dr Nelson (she was probably the worst one) so we are not going to keep going in circles with this company at all I rather find someone with more EXPERIENCE willing to do what they're suppose to. All they want is to force glasses on EVERYONE. ALSO DR NELSON LOVES LYING ON HER NOTES CAUSE SHES SUPER PETTY she can't handle someone not agreeing with her and wanting another doctor will cause her to rage on the notes completely twisting your words. Be super careful with this place she wanted Dr Kovarik to come tell me the same thing guess what honey I already seen that doctor before Dr Nelson she needs to be investigated cause I never seen a doctor more unprofessional than Kristin Nelson.

My First time here for my toddler to have an eye exam. Im going to get right into my experience Fast fw The Dr. who came to sum all of my "child's" "condition" was named Dr.Rhee He asked if he could record our visit which was on his personal iphone I don't remember why he wanted to record exactly something about New Client. (My mom thought that was crazy and she never heard of it) he was using all these Medical Terminology words pertaining to the eyes. He was saying and describing that my son was crossed eyes when my baby eyes are perfect lol. Dr.Rhee Asked what was the reason for my visit I informed him that I had concerns about the constant teary eyes and burning my toddler has been experiencing since birth. He was diagnosed with an eye condition regarding that . He told me there is no constant watering eyes because he doesn't see any now. That TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT HIM. My baby medical records were pulled up which he indicated that he sees . To some up the visit he asked that he hope that everyone was nice and I called the names that HAD A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT AND WHO ADORED AND WORKED WITH MY BABY GREATLY MS.BONNIE AND MELISSA ! We're so sweet , pleasant, and caring !!! Thanks lady. - Braves Mom

Dr. Kovarik did surgery on my 3 year old son's alternating esotropia (crossed-eyes). So thrilled that he can see clearly now and does not bump into things anymore.
