Excellent customer service!! Spring was amazing!! She was so sweet, patient, and attentive! If you need glasses any time soon go to Eyeglass World and Spring will help you and give her best honest opinion.

Rachel repaired my glasses and she is a great employee. She represents the best customer service for Eyeglass World. Smiling with a cordial tone, she immediately went to work on my glasses. It did not take her long and she made sure the fit was perfect. I was in and out quickly.

Morgan is Awesome! She got me squared away quickly. She even offered several other services your store provides which led me to get my Meta AI glasses made into a prescription. Thanks Morgan for being a total asset to this company. It was a privelage. Happy Holidayss

Darius and Missy at Eyeglass World were SO helpful and patient with me. Darius helped me immediately when I walked in, explained everything thoroughly, and somehow stayed kind even though I know I'm a pain in the butt Truly great customer service. I really appreciate them!

Arrived three minutes late for my appointment scheduled for 12:30, I got stuck behind a truck leaving base, and it delayed me about 10 minutes. When I arrived, Morgan very unfriendly announced that I had barely made it on-time and if I was one minute later they would've cancelled my appointment, no hi or how are you today, just embarrassment, even when I explained my reasoning for being late, there was no grace. Morgan then led me back to the optometrist and very loudly, again, explained to the optometrists staff how she explained to me that I barely made it on time. This was embarrassing, and honestly, broadcasted enough that I spoke up and offered to reschedule my appointment if I was causing an issue by arriving three minutes late. After my exam, I was going to purchase glasses, but unfortunately all staff except for Morgan were at lunch, so she was the only one to check me out from my appointment - I opted to come back a different day for glasses. Morgan provided me with a copy of my glasses prescription, and then very boldly exclaimed that I could go on google to leave her a good review. When I got home, I looked over my eyeglass prescription, and it was placed under the incorrect name, when I called in to get it fixed, Morgan answered the phone, and I explained the situation and she asked "well what do you want me to change it to?" Idk. Maybe my name. This experience was very underwhelming and frustrating. I am not sure I will return to eyeglass world due to the careless of the staff, which is unfortunate because Dr. Scott was wonderful. As someone who works in the medical field, I would've much differently and encouraged the client in a way that presented I was happy they made it on time and that we didn't have to cancel their appointment.

I felt the Optometrist really didn't want to be bothered doing a proper eye exam and just went with the prescription I had on file from 3 years ago. My glasses were promised in two weeks but that turned into 6 weeks without them even contacting me at all. After several calls from me, I was told they had broken my original frames and it would be another few weeks. After finally receiving my glasses, they were well done, but the experience was ruined by all the events leading up to the final result. Not impressed by the service at this location.

Dr. Scott and Viv rocked the house! I appreciate you listening to my issues and doing your best to help me. Everyone at Eyeglass World provided excellent customer service! My wait time was incredibly short, there was no pressure to buy anything, and there was a lot of different frames to choose from.

Morgan was super helpful and awesome when acquiring my contacts!! She is super sweet and knows exactly what she I was doing- she was the only person that was able to access my health insurance information! Highly recommend her!
