This is one of the only places in Gainesville that said that they can work with my kids under 12 years old. Sarah was patient and kind the entire time. Dr. Desai was very informative and made us feel confident that we were taking all of the necessary precautions. Rhonda was very sweet and didn't try to upsell us anything that we didn't need. Jennifer at the desk was really helpful and friendly. Everyone there was great and the prices were fair. My daughter was very excited to get glasses and this expirence only solidified her joy and excitement. We can't wait to get them in! Thank You Quinn Eye Care

Everything was great till I had to use my warranty. They saw my lenses were delaminating so they ordered me lenses under warranty. When I went in to pick them up, the person in the lab was out that day and they couldn't grind the new lenses to fit my frames they were ordered from. They told me I would have to come back. I said that was totally fine. It took me a few weeks to get back on since I don't live right around the corner. When I came back, they couldn't find the replacement lenses and some they switched suppliers. They couldn't even look up the order for the replacements. So they told me there was nothing they could do to help me, they were sorry. This was no way to handle the situation with a pair of glasses that had a warranty and that they had fumbled on when they were over $1200 for a set of glasses. I don't normally complain, but they was horrible customer service.

Dr. Chermak, Nicole, and the front desk personnel were all friendly, professional, and patient with my wife and daughter. Especially patient and understanding of my wife needing translations to Thai from my daughter for most of the exam. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I would recommend Quinn Eye Center to anyone needing excellent eye care.

I visited the office and they were very friendly. After the appointment, I had some confusion regarding the prescription, and the front office staff were very unhelpful. I was trying to get more information and waited all day for them to call back, but they didn't. I was able to speak with the optometrist, and they were able to clear up my questions, but it was frustrating to have to wait all day without any information and office staff that seemed indifferent. Regardless, I'll count the overall experience as positive. This is especially the case because everyone I dealt with during the visit was very nice, and was only when I called back that I had any problems.

It took a month, instead of two weeks. They failed to send both pair to the lab. They could never understand there were two pair. Everyone made the same mistake, except for the billing. They charge an undisclosed fee for "new" patients. Everyone is nice, but that doesn't make up for the errors and no apology or even recognition of the delay. The new patient fee is just a rip off.

Great selections on frames! They were able to squeeze me in same day just before my ins expired at the end of the year. Staff friendly and informative. The lady who did my eye pressure before check in was super friendly and patient. Saw Dr.Desai and appreciate that she took the time to explain to me why my vision was so bad and gave me options on near sighted, farsighted and computer glasses.

Great experience! Everyone at Quinn eyecare was friendly, polite and professional. Got in right away and given explanation and options for my eye issue. Dr. Chermack took her time with me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

I came in for an appointment and after just glancing at my insurance card they told me I didn't have vision insurance. I do have vision insurance, both my insurance AND Quinn Eye Center's own website say they take my insurance. I've been going here for 10 years just to be turned away because they can't be bothered to type in a few numbers on a computer.
