I had a very frustrating experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I went to pick up my son's glasses after being notified that they were ready, but I was told I couldn't receive them because the person working there wasn't licensed.
This makes no sense to me since I was only picking up glasses, not requesting an exam or any specialized service. What made the situation even more frustrating is that this is the second time this month I've gone there and wasn't able to get service for the exact same reason.
What is the point of being open if you can't provide even basic service like releasing glasses that are already paid for and ready for pickup? This experience has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't waste their time like I did.

I didn't get everyone's name but I called and luckily they had a cancelation so I got in same day. Process was easy and fast and everyone was nice and accommodating. Dr. Erica Nieves was so personable and took time to get to know me and took the time to check my eyes very well. I came on 6/4 at 2:20 if that helps to give everyone the proper credit they deserve. Thanks!
Veronica walked around with me to help me pick Glasses and she was so nice and helpful.
Raquel checked me in right away and did my first part of my exam and was sweet and explained the process well.

The store close at 7 pm I went to this place at 6 pm and can't place a new plastic nose pad on a vents that paid $600 because they can't touch nothing after 6 pm.
That is very stupid answer.

I have been going to Walmart fro years now without any issues. The doctor at Haines city store is amazing and honest. The manager is very helpful and hears everything going on in her store. The guy said I would have to pay for new lens because my scrips was off a little and had to have everything redone. I said I'm gonna have to pay for something that's not my fault ? But the manager over heard everything and came over and made everything right for me. It wasn't the doctors fault either but it was off a little. They have always been nice and very helpful. Me and my family will continue to use them as long as we need glasses. Ty Haines city Walmart eye vision. !!!!
