IAmerica's Best 100% exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I made the appointment. The doctor was exceptionally kind and attentive. I had difficulty finding the second pair of glasses, but Jennifer listened carefully to my preferences and went above and beyond to find the perfect pair for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this place!

The staff was super nice and super knowledgeable and especially the manager Taisha . She treated me like I was one of her own, and as I sat in the store and listen to how she treated all the other customers coming in the door this woman is super exceptional, and you don't find that too much in Florida. The service was exceptional . I will recommend America's best to all of my friends, especially to go to the Hallandale Beach store and see Taisha

America's Best at Hallandale Beach I'm so grateful for the service here! I had my progressive transition glasses done and they did an excellent job. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere, their sophisticated exam machines, and above all, the charisma that Vanessa, the manager, shows with both employees and customers. Their extended service hours are a big plus, and the ample parking makes everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

My main location is Miami Gardens on 183rd St and 27th Ave. I had to come to this Americas Best due to me moving, neatless to say, I'll drive to Miami Gardens location. Paid over $350 for my Guess glasses. Bought them to Hallandale location because the right leg came off. When I got there I asked the gentleman if he can please tighten the other leg as well because I feel it very loose. I was there about 45 mins, it was empty and the young man got very frustrated cause he couldn't get my glasses back together. He huffed puffed put the glasses down and said I have to wait for the other guy. As I was leaving I notice they didn't even bother tightening my other leg and neat less to say 3 days later that leg came off. Any Optical that pays attention and cares would have clearly noted how loose my leg was. The leg they fixed is already loose again. 3 wks later. Crazy part, I'm a Contact user. I only use my glasses on the wknds while I'm home. I'll continue going to MG Optical.

I've been going to America's Best for over 20 years. The staff here are so helpful, kind, and courteous. Jennifer helped me choose between my contact options and made sure I had the best price available. I highly recommend this company and this location.

The service is absolutely wonderful. My son his contact lenses a few months ago. Came very fast and today I came in because I lost a screw in my glasses So Roger was terrific , as well as Jennifer l, they both helped me and repair at no cost . Definitely, I give them 5 stars. Doctors are amazing .

I have to have eye vision glasses done and chose America's Best in Hallandale on Hallandale Beach Boulevard. The staff is very gracious and helpful. Personally, I was helped and assisted by DANIELLE who is a very courteous and knowledgeable person. She took time to address everything and was a pleasure to get assistance from. Thank you Danielle!
