I called to make an appt. for me and my wife!
AN OLD WOMAN, answer the phone, I requested to have the latest appt at any day. She offer me an appt the second day at 11.45, I said: "I requested the latest appt available at any day". Then she offer me an appt in 3 weeks at 1.45....After few words back and forth she reply: The Doctor cannot accomodate you, you're free to go to see another doctor and she hang up on me!
NICE!!!! NEVER HAPPENED TO ME AT HIS OFFICE!
SHE WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL
DR. Yalon, after more then 50 years of hard working, building his own business trying to help us, hired front office staff to help him...GREAT HELP: GETTING RID OF HIS EXISTING PACIENTS!
I'm Doctor Yalon pacient for 7-8 years, absolutely amazing doctor, knoledgeable, kindness and respectfull to all his pacients!
Mr. Yalon, do yourself a gift: GET RID OFF HER! She's not bring in customers, she pushes us away from your office.
I don't let this unpleasant experience to effect me, I still scheduled an appt to see Dr. Yalon.

Front desk lady who handles phones is rude . Older lady & I'm assuming they keep her around because she's worked there for a while . Doesn't mean she should get a pass for being disrespectful. It's time for an upgrade -- customers deserve better service than dealing with someone grouchy and rude & old. time to retire with that short temper grouchy in office with patients and on phone . Not the only one who's complained about the old lady who handles patients & the calls.
