I had such an amazing experience today! @ America's Best 3700 W 18th Ave Hialeah, FL 33012 Emily and Paola were amazing and welcoming as soon as I walked in. They had amazing energy and were so attentive with me from the start. Dr Diaz preformed my eye exam and talked me through my FIRST time handling contacts. I was very nervous but she broke the process down amazingly, Emily finished the training on with showing me how to remove them. Emily was so kind and patient throughout the whole process and truly showed another level of professionalism when it came down to helping me through my nervousness experiencing with my first time contacts! I was able to understand and get it with their guidance! Caro went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing in helping me finish the process and understanding my options! She is wonderful! Caro and the whole team made this experience stress free. Alberto, Mel, Andres, Paola and Yuliet were there to help me with any questions I had and were kind enough to show me around the store to more options to choose from! This was by far the best experience I've had at any eye glasses store. Thank you all!

It was a wonderful experience at Americas Best today.We came all the way from the Bahamas. Everyone was so nice to us. The lady who helped usc Carolina was very gentle, kind and caring as she assisted my eldery wheelchair bound mom. She was also helpful to me as I made the choice for my glasses. I am so thankful for associates like her.We will definitely come back. We will see them again in one year.

I had a great experience at this optical store. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. Both the doctors and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The prices were excellent and very reasonable compared to other places I've visited. The office was also very clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service

Best Americas Best branch I have been to. Carolina is very sweet and knowledgeable. They were a great guide in selecting the right glasses and helped me save with insurance and discounts. Would recommend this branch to anyone. Will definitely be coming back.

Best service i've ever received. The doctor Yasmary saw me super fast and gave me lots of helpful insight on what I needed. Paola and Carolina really helped me out with picking the best glasses fit for me and Melissa and Yuliet checked me out super quick and brought amazing energy to the store. Everyone here is very welcoming and hard working, will definitely be coming back!

This new location of America's Best truly lives up to its name. Carolina was especially wonderful to work with. She helped our entire family at the same time and took her time with each of us, carefully selecting frames that suited our features and personal style. She didn't try to push expensive brands like most places instead she focused on what fit best and looked great. She even encouraged us to try styles we might not have considered, which turned out to be some of our favorite choices. Carolina also went above and beyond by explaining our insurance coverage clearly and answering all our questions with patience and care. The eye doctor Dr. Diaz was equally impressive knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive to each patient's needs. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the quality of both the service and products is outstanding. Overall, America's Best offers excellent prices, quality products, and outstanding customer care. During my visit to find new glasses that wouldn't make me dizzy, Carolina and Alberto took the time to understand why I was experiencing dizziness and helped me figure out the issue.They made me feel very comfortable while helping me pick out both prescription glasses and sunglasses. They offered great insight into which styles would work best for me, were very friendly throughout the entire process, and showed a lot of patience while I tried multiple pairs. Their professionalism truly goes above and beyond.
