My Eye Doctor Optical

Three stars because it took more than a month for my glasses to get to me when they said 7-10 business days. I went in on Oct 24 for an eye exam and my glasses should come between 7-10 business days. So I called one week later and they told me they weren't ready and to not call because they will call me when they're here. I then waited till Nov 7 because it's been now 2 weeks since my exam and again was told not yet and to not worry they will call.. and to not call them.... Oh imma call. lol. Then the following week I was in the area so I went in to ask about it and the front desk and she looked into why it was taking so long only to see that the insurance had some issue with their system and they didn't process my prescription? Which left me confused because wouldn't have that been a red flag in the beginning when I was calling? Wouldn't y'all have checked then? Anyway they called the insurance and told them to rush my prescription. It took a month and three days:) I really wanted my new glasses because of my headaches but other than that the Dr who attended me was very nice and amazing. Answers all my questions. Was very patient and informative.

The clinic has been consistently clean. My doctor is expert in her field. Her compassion and kindness is more appreciated. The team is always nice and friendly. The whole team is approachable and maintains their professionalism. I highly recommend My Eye Doctor Optical. Easy to make appointment.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Dalmazzo for over 10 years and she's absolutely amazing. She's friendly, explains everything thoroughly and personally follows up with patients if needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else. She's truly the best!
