Optica land is great! I highly highly recommend. Their customer service is exceptional. Gus and the rest of the employees were super kind and patient with my 4 year old daughter. We had a great experience from start to finish! From the young lady In the front, to the eye exam to the owner! I don't have anything negative to say. They made my daughter and me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process. And I was able to go home with my glasses same day!

My coworker suggested Gus and his staff for my next optometry visit. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. They went over my benefits with me in great detail prior to me just roaming about not knowing what my insurance would cover. I wanted rimless glasses, but was advised against it due to my prescription. They didn't just say no it won't work. They explained why they would not recommend it and helped me find an alternative I was satisfied with. My eye exam went well and I was educated on new contact options that may work well with my prescription. My appointment was on Tuesday and my 2 pairs of glasses, 1 pair of prescription sunglasses, and contacts were all in by Friday. I'm very impressed. I'll happily make the drive from Plantation to Hialeah every year for this type of customer care.
